“never coming back”

the personal in the hotel are not helpful at all. the breakfast is not continental like they say they only give coffee and a piece of bread. during my stay one day they did not clean the room so i call them and they did not care and hang up. really i had a bad experience there.

“NEVER ANOTHER VISIT”

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN. THE AC WASNT BLOWING COLD AIR IN OUR ROOM AND EVEN THE HOTEL WHERE U CHECK IN WAS VERY HOT. HAD 2 REQUEST TOWELS AND SOAP TO ACCOMODATE MY NEEDS. (GOOD THING I BROUGHT MY OWN SOAP). THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE . MORE LIKE HORRIBLE. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 I GIVE IT A -7. WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING ADDISON, TEXAS

GRAND PRAIRIE. VERY COMFORTABLE IN GRAND PRAIRE. THE ONLY REASON I STAYED IN ADDISON WAS BECAUSE THE PARTY WAS BEING HELD ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM THE ROOM. GOOD PRICE FOR THE HOTEL WE STAYED, BUT OVERALL THE HOTEL SUCKED!!!!!.

“Our stay”

The people at the front desk very not very friendly, it seemed like you were just another number to them. They didn't even smile while speaking to you, just in and out. Sure the check-in process was quick but it didn't feel like a warm welcome. Also the place is in dire need of remodeling including re-painting the interiors. I guess you get what you pay for. The location though is great; although I would probably stay a bit more north on this street.

Area recommendations

I would recommend staying anywhere on this street as there are so much restaurants amd bars.

“Not impressed”

Service was good, room was mostly clean, but the smoking section made the entire place smoky. A/C cover wouldn't stay on, window was dirty. You get what you pay for.

“What a Dump--Staff DUMB AS DIRT”

Room was nasty when I asked to switch I was told only room available a this rate. I augued for over an hour to finally switch room. Breakfast (coffee) was a joke. Included 1 ea week old muffin. If you like nasty / Rude THIS IS YHE PLACE
