Excellent for the price. Right in front of shopping mall and helpful attention from the front desk.

Very good overall. I would return to this Best Western without a doubt. (The elevator service was the only thing missing.)

Great facility although we had our room for 3 nights and every day we came back to use our entry key, the key wouldn't work and we had to go to the main office. It wasn't a big deal but the area was getting a terrible rain storm and it was really inconvenient.

Service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, but as another guest noted previously, my non-smoking room did have a faint odor of smoke in it. Seemed to lessen by the 2nd night and I didn't say anything to the staff. Convenient to stores, etc. and I'd not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was well kept and the staff was very polite. We didn't stay long enough but it was a decent place to stay if you're on a budget and there for only a short time.

Clean, convenient, friendly people, decent breakfast and quiet once the traffic dies down in the evening. One disappointment was the internet access was not wireless, but it was free, so there you go. Very convenient to Fort Worth. Lots of shopping nearby.

“Nice, but wet”

Our hotel room was very nice. The couch and coffee table provided a nice place to sit and watch tv without having to lounge on the bed. However, when we climbed in bed, our sheets felt wet. Not out-of-the-dryer-too-early wet, just humid wet. The room itself didn't feel humid, so we didn't understand what was up with the sheets. The shower was nice and roomy, but I didn't like the low shower head or closed in ceiling of the shower.
