I would reccommend this hotel to anyone. It was a ggod price for the three days I spent in the Dallas/Plano/Allen area. The breakfast was great.

“Hotel not up to Best Western standards”

The service in this hotel was poor compared to my experiences with Best Westen. There was little hot water available. The room was not very clean and smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking room.

“BW Park Suites is Excellent Value”

For the money, this hotel is outstanding. The staff is personable and quick to respond to any request. My only grievance was that when I asked for assistnace with transportation to/from the ariports, they recommended a service that cost $80. I took Super Shuttle for $27 instead. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

“Great stay!”

Easy check in, knowledgeable staff. Our room was fantastic! Very roomie and clean. Location was close to everything we needed to get to. Hot breakfast was a nice touch as well. Can't beat it for the price!

“Plano Visitor”

This was an older hotel but was affordable and had all the basic essentials.

Area recommendations

Metroflex Gym, plano texas. A real hardcore gym! IHOP has delicious breakfast. Boston market and/or Pei Wei are also close by and great for lunch/dinner.

“Wonderful breakfast, but hard beds.”

I was pleased with everything about this hotel except that the beds were really hard. I woke up sore every morning. We stayed 3 nights (Wed-Sat). On weekdays they offer a happy hour with pizza, nachos, wine, soft drinks. The staff was really friendly and seemed to really want us to come. Breakfast was big- eggs, sausage or bacon, donuts, waffle maker, juices, bagels, muffins. Convenient location right off 2 major roads. Don't stay on the first floor-too noisy. The hallways are shut off from the lobby with big doors so they slam every time someones comes and goes. We had to ask to be moved after the first night, but the staff was very accomodating. You can tell it's an old hotel, but they've updated some. If they would only get softer mattresses I would not hesitate to go back every time I'm in Dallas.

Area recommendations

Allen Outlet mall is only a few miles up the express way. Cheddar's restaurant is delicious and affordable and almost within walking distance.
