“Very Picky Customer”

I am a very, very picky customer and would prefer to stay at all 4-star hotels but being an average American family with 2 teenage daughters, I have to also stay within my budget. This hotel is excellent! I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. The absolute no-smoking on the property is very strictly enforced which gives the hotel a very "clean" appearance and smell. The beds are comfortable (4 out of 5) and the room was very clean and very well maintained. It appeared that the bedding was relatively new. We stayed there during a softball tournament - - - kids were everywhere, but we never heard a single sound in the room. Pleasantly surprised. The staff is very accommodating - - - they have shuttle service to all the local attractions. I recommend staying on the top floor as we did. Very nice atrium skylight across the entire floor which gives it a large and airy feeling. The room we stayed in had very large vaulted ceilings and felt much less cramped than your average hotel room.

“Quality Service”

The quality of the service was wonderful. I was a little worried on this trip as I decided to trust the hotel shuttle service to get us to local sporting events instead of renting a car. The trust was well worth it. We were picked up from the airport in a timely manner and were shuttled to two different events over the weekend. When we were ready to head back to the airport to leave the shuttle was prompt one last time. From the shuttle drivers, the front desk crew, and the maid team we were treated as welcome guests.

This hotel was perfect for our needs and the price. Quiet, clean, comfortable....will definitely stay here again!!!

“Great hotel and close enough to major attractions”

Very nice hotel, with clean and confortable rooms. Easy access to freeway that can lead you everywhere. Decent breakfast, basic but enough to save you time and money. If driving, don't be mislead about the distances. Very close to parks and sports fields and a lot cheaper than hotels close to those venues. Just took 5 min to get to Cowboys Stadium.

“Great hotel for anyone”

Let me first say, I am very picky when it comes to the hotels I stay in. My most recent (and 1st visit) on 3/29 was great. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, my room was clean, very comfortable and the wait staff were excellent. I would stay here again!

“Very nice hotel”

This hotel was very nice. It was extremely close to Rangers ballpark, cowboy stadium, and Six Flags over Texas. It was also very close to many restaurants, and it was easily accessible from the freeway.

Excellent brand new hotel, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location - we couldn't ask for more!

“GREAT HOTEL!”

This hotel was TERRIFIC!! The staff was very nice and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. They even took us to Walmart for a few items that we forgot. On Sunday, for 5 dollars, they dropped us off at the STEELERS - Cowboys game! (Although the shuttle was only 5 dollars, we gave twenty because it was still cheaper than a cab.) The free hot breakfast was very good, with a variety of items. We had eggs, sausage and homemade waffles that were the shape of Texas. The room was great. Very clean. The LCD tv had a great picture, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! I recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definately be staying again!!

“great hotel”

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great since it was close to cowboys stadium and six flags. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the game. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
