Second time staying, excellent, hotel, would recommend to anyone.

“Dallas family vacation”

Nice staff and quick to respond to requests and problems if they shoul arise. Great for a family vacation stay and awesome central location :)! They offer a hot buffet breakfast with a variety of items to choose from. (just don't be late to breakfast as they start cleaning up and removing buffet items 5mins before end time.) That would be the only blemish of our stay.

“Great Hotel for price”

I was staying for the week during business travel. The interstates were very accessible from hotel. The hotel food was better than I thought would be. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly, YMCA, shopping malls and outlets were very close. There were many places to eat in short driving distances. Overall if I return to the Dallas area I would stay again.

My room very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the recliner in the room it makes reading and watching TV so much more comfortable. The free breakfast was good as well. All this for a vary reasonable price.

Considering age of building I would rate it a 5, I have stayed at new hotels not half this good, felt safe, great morning meal, everyone very professional.Thank you, will return if in the area.

Me & my kids love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Dallas..they love the pool & the nice breakfast bar ..rooms are nice & beds are comfy!!

“Pretty Impressed Considering Price”

My boyfriend and I had taken a vacation to Dallas for a week, and we wanted to stay somewhere that was pretty cheap. Considering the price for the Best Western, I was extremely impressed with the quality. The staff was very nice, our room was of decent size, and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The only complains I have (and they are minor nit-picky complaints) is for one, the bathroom was slightly small. But then again, if you're just in there to take a shower and brush your teeth, it doesn't have to be anything huge. Also, the location was slightly hard to find, it's hidden behind some buildings and a little further down the road than what our GPS told us. However, we called them for directions and they told us some that were very easy to follow. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay there again as well as tell anyone else looking for a nice affordable hotel to stay there as well.

“Great Value Here!!!”

This is, I believe, my fifth or sixth time to stay at the Best Western Dallas Hotel and Conference Center. As usual, my stay was just as good as I expected or better than expected. From the front desk attendants to the housekeeping/maintenance employees in the hallway, everyone has always been very professional and friendly. The big question . . . would I book the same hotel again???? Absolutely!!! (See you again next month!!!)

“Good choice”

When looking for accomodations, the choice was better than we expected.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our visit. The only negative things would be--the cable television was AWFUL...no kids channels at all (ie Cartoon network, Nick, etc) so we had an unhappy 8 year old--there was also an incident with a woman pan handling in the parking lot but staff were alerted and took care of the problem by having a security guard police the lot. Overall good place to stay at a reasonable price--I would stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.
