The rooms were fine except that the air conditioning unit cycled on and off all night. It was noisy even at the lowest setting and there was no constant fan setting. This hotel is very close to a very busy highway, so once you step out the front door (or sit on your balcony) it's very noisy. However the rooms are well insulated from this sound. We didn't use the pool but it looked pretty nice. There is a park behind the building we can go for a walk and get away from that traffic noise a bit. The breakfast was pretty standard for almost all hotels these days. You can get coffee, a waffle and some cereal but the soft, white bread and sweet, sticky muffins are not what I buy for my house.

The staff was very helpful. We needed two rooms for the night and check in was quick and simply. There were a few surfaces in our room that had not been wiped down in the room but other than that our stay was fine.

In general, the property is very well-maintained and very clean. Check-in was fast, and the staff was nice. There are lots of fast-food options near the property, which is right off the highway. There were no loud noises at all. A fresh breakfast is served every morning.

Property done what it was supposed too. They have 1 elevator and it is slow 🐌. Staff was nice. High traffic area, right off the highway. Plus is it was close to everything I needed, Walmart less then 5 minutes down the road.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my request to have 3 rooms together on the same floor. It was also nice to have free breakfast included. There is only one issue. There is an odor on the first floor in the hallway that smells like gas or chemicals. Fortunately you don't smell it in the rooms.

When we first arrived, their website had said they had a hot tub that was available to all guests. we found out that it had been taken out and that was one of the main reasons that we had stayed there. After a bit of negotiation, and proving to them that it was still on the website, the staff agreed to give us a room that had a hot tub. they made all things right, so we were very pleased with our stay. I want to give a shout out, especially to Sandy at the front desk who is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond and is full and wonderful to work with she should be recognized in a special way, thank you for our stay.

Property is easily accessible, however, there is no exit from the property in the back parking area. It’s difficult to safely exit onto the one-way I-30 access road going westward.

Older but well maintained building. For a Best Western Plus rooms are small. It’s sandwiched between a car dealership and industrial building on noisy I-30. It would be worth $150 somewhere else. Breakfast was adequate but sausage was not good at all.

Simply the best
My husband said “ this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at”! So clean! Breakfast room clean with lots of choice s. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. Melissa was a breath of fresh air after driving all day. She even found us disposable silverware for the takeout food we had.

Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. Staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was convenient. We traveled out at various times during our stay and returned in the evenings or mid afternoon and there was always parking not far from the door on the side of the building. Pretty quiet even though it was booked to capacity during the weekend we stayed. Cons: Hallways often smelled of smoke, marijuana even. Carpet and floors in room were visibly clean but when we spilled something and had to wipe it up we quickly learned that they were disgustingly dirty. The towel was nearly black. The sofa in our room could stand to be replaced. It had some stains on it and the texture felt soiled.

Average hotel. Easy close parking, slow elevator. Spongy hall floors. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast left something to desire. cold, 1/2 cooked biscuits, frozen egg patties warmed up for sandwiches. 1/2 cooked sausage links. Attendant was very friendly though.

Not sure why this is named a Best Western Plus. Nothing about this property is a Plus. Elevator is old and slow and stinks musty. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable and pillows suck no other word to describe the pillows.
