Worst.Hotel Stay. EVER!!Posted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing. Hotels like this shouldn't be able to have their doors open to the public.
Cons: Everything. This hotel needs to be completely renovated.
Location: Sad to say that this hotel is actually in a decent location...what a waste of space.
Let's just say it looked better online. I requested a non-smoking room..when I arrived the smell in the room was so strong I had to request a new one. The second room I entered was almost worse than the first. So, now we are onto our third room. The room didn't smell like smoke but it did smell like dirty, sweaty gym socks!! Ughhh! So, I had to deal with the smell because by this time it was 7:00 at night and I wasn't going to drag my daughter and my mother to go hotel shopping in an unfamiliar city. So, we settled in and I sit down on the bed or should I say bed of concrete. Seriously, I have never felt a bed so horrible in my life. It was as if we were sleeping directly on the box springs. I pull back the covers to check it out and immediately see a hair on the sheets. The curtains were so sheer we had to safety pin the outside drapes together so that the guy screaming on this cell phone outside our window couldn't see in. The dust was unbearable! The breakfast was tolerable, but the breakfast area very cramped. Parking is horrible. This hotel sits next to a car dealership so you are very limited on getting in and out of the spaces easily. This hotel is marketed as a "Plus" for Best Western and trust me there is nothing "Plus" about this place. Unless you are a smoker, enjoy sleeping on concrete, love the taste of powdery eggs, and limited parking space, then RUN as fast as you can from the reviews that say this place is worthy of a night's stay.

Had indoor pool that was too cold for swimming. Hot tub was large, but not even warm. Disappointed with pool & hot tub. . Breakfast was good, but the lady in charge of breakfast was an amazing person.

I spent most of my time out enjoying myself but he room was clean, the wifi worked, and I got to watch Cartoon Network so no complaints from me.
