Poor at Best!!!!

Pros: The pillows
Cons: Customer service and the smell
Location: Location wasn't great. Kinda hard to find.
The lady at the front desk had absolutely no good customer service skills. As soon as we got off the elevator, it smelled like a nasty ashtray and the room smelled worse!!!! The bathtub would not drain correctly!!! This was no $117 dollar room!!!! $70 at the very most.

No Ian ports in room to charge smartphone

Ice needs to be ready to use, I had to wait before ice started working! 30min delay .

We are sorry that you did not have ice quicker, the only ice available is what is made in the refrigerators in each guest room. Also, there are several outlets in each room as well that you can plug your chargers in for smart phones, there is also a data port available that you could plug the lan cord into. We're sorry that the third party site did not notify you, however all third party booking agencies and our own website have messages on the booking sites about the fact that the Candlewood Cupboard, Fitness and Guest Laundry were being renovated. Also, the third party reservations do not display a guests phone number, only that of the agency, and we would not have been able to contact you regardless. I hope that you will consider us again, as our renovations should be coming to a close by the end of this month.

I work in the neighborhood and stayed here due to icy weather,so I wouldn't have to drive 26 miles home. Staff was pleasant,hotel room clean and quiet. A very pleasant visit and I would do it again.

Pros: THE ROOM AND THE SERVICES OFFERED
Location: THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR FOOTBALLOR BASEBALL GAMES,AND CONVIENT FOR FAMILY AMUSEMENT PARK
CHECK IN WAS VERY EASY,THE ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONAL,CANDLEWOOD WAS VERY CLEAN THE STAFF FREINDLY AND MY OVERALL STAY WAS A VERY GOOD ONE.

ok but sweep the bathroom floors

Kudos to all the staff

My husband and I enjoyed our stay as always. The room was nice and the bed was so comfortable! The location was perfect for us because it is just down the street from the AT& T stadium. The staff was the best group they were friendly and helpful people, I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went beyond my expectations to accommodate our stay. Kudos to all the staff.
