Walked into the room and the musty mildew smell was almost too much to bear. Sheets were changed but room was not cleaned. There were bodily fluids on the headboard and walls. There were stains on the comforter. The pull out bed was absolutely filthy.

It was okay, very average could’ve been worse. I had to change rooms because my original room was not ready, got to new room it had a smell to it. Was told I would get points for my next stay, never got them after asking 3-4 times. No one comes to refill anything, you have to ask for them. Other than the points, staff was nice.

This place is very old and the pictures are deceiving online. The sheets are very scratchy and the tables in the room had sticky stuff all over them. The tv was old but had a great channel selection. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall I had no problems the place is just old.

Their ADA room had a bed inaccessible to a person in wheelchair. Had to move to a different hotel for that reason. I wish they consider the bed height as well for their ADA clients.

Front Dess have good customer service rooms are very clean. Smells nice they have no issue. No problems checking in in a hotel. Treat you like family.

The staff was extremely rude, unwilling to help at all. They went out of their way to create roadblocks to us staying in a room that we had already paid for. Then because we were trying to find a solution to a problem that they created, we were refused service and told they would not help us or refund the money that was already paid for the room. We never got to check in, but ended up losing over $300 and had to sleep in the cold the first night since all the other hotels were booked. Unless you like to be treated like insignificant pieces of trash, dont stay here. They are just going to steal your money anyway.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked in at 11:00pm. I ended up leaving after waiting and waiting for someone to come and check me in. AWFUL!!!! There were other people waiting even before me. When she finally came out, she was very rude. As soon as I heard her smart remark, I just left and stayed somewhere else.
