Nice Stay

for a Memorial visit. Plenty of room except beds are a bit small. Rooms do not cool very well.

Nice one room suite

Friendly desk staff. Great amenities including dvd checkout at the front desk. Large bathroom.

run down hotel

I was very disappointed in it, My son had no heat and not hot water. He was there for 3 nights studying for the Texas State Bar and he did not sleep because he was too cold and he is last morning the most important day could not take a shower due to no hot water. All I received for this frustration was a tacky $25 gift card. I don't think I will ever use this chain of hotels. I can't wait till he gets his license. He will be traveling ALOT and I guess won't be staying with this organization.

Very nice rooms for a great value!

Pros: Size and cleanliness of the rooms. This is more of a suite and had a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom.
Cons: There is no breakfast offered but you can bring your own food as there is a full size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove.
Location: Centrally located in Las Colinas with a short drive down McArthur to a ton of eating choices
I only stayed one night but realized I should have booked my entire trip in this hotel. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms.

Very clean room with nice updated furniture. Very big bathroom in our one queen sofabed suite.

I stayed here to while my electricity was out in my condo in South Irving, it was very clean and the front desk was bilingual. Good wifi, and it was comfortable, but I am partial to this little city since I have been here for 9 years..and know what it offers its residents. Will be willing to stay here again..!

Room was much like a suite with fridge and microwave. The room was very comfortable and the desk area was large and presented an open work space.

horrible experience

Could hear people arguing the entire time and when I tried to use the air conditioner it made the loudest noise and scared my girlfriend. There was no climate control ability it's either freezing or hot. The hotel said there was cookware in the room but this was a lie to one tiny pot and no oven fell waybelow my expectations I would never stay there again.
