“Comfortable.”

Stayed one night. All was comfortable. There wasn't much of a selection for dining out and no real facilities to have breakfast prior to getting flight. Other than that all good.

“Very friendly, clean & comfortable”

For the price it was a great value, nice room with kitchen & hotel offered a store for your convience. Didn't care for the heat turning off when you left, it was cold when we were there and it took a while for the room to heat back up.

“Great hotel”

The hotel was older but clean, well kept, and comfortable. The rooms were perfect with plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The laundry facilities were free for guests which was an unexpected pleasure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle service that would take guests anywhere within a 5 miles radius. I had car trouble while there, and the location of the dealership was just outside that radius, but the manager offered to go out of his way to help me get back and forth to the hotel if needed. Fortunately, this wasn't needed, but I was impressed that he was willing to offer. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Irving-Los Colinas area.

“Quick Change”

Booked two suits on Expedia. Hotel had one suite and one studio when we arrived. After seeing room, went to front desk and they changed studio to suite. The hotel was VERY full (Cotton Bowl) so quick response nice. Pantry with snack items nice, but a little overpriced (no more than Marriott). HAd to drive to get to varity of dining places but no problems. Would stay again when in the area or flying out of DFW.

“Good”

I suggest getting a rental car instead of depending on taxis because the rates are expensive.

“Great Place To Stay”

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Each room has a full size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a sink with a garbage disposal, and utensils and other supplies. I didn't utilize this set-up as much as I could have, but it was nice to have it all there. The bed was very comfortable, and there were a variety of pillows, including a couple of what felt like feather pillows, and the other furniture in the room was comfortable as well. The TV was a bit dated. Every other hotel I've stayed in recently has a flatscreen, but this one had an old style CRT, but it made up for that by having a DVD player and movies available to borrow from the front desk. My only gripe with the room was the internet service. I was given a code for the wireless internet, but my computer wouldn't connect to it. It wouldn't connect to the wired internet either, and when I called customer service they told me that wireless wasn't even available in the rooms, though I was told that it was. The man on the phone told me that he'd send someone from the front desk with a new ethernet cable, but that never came. It wasn't that big of a deal since I wasn't in my room a lot, but it was still a minor annoyance. Overall though, I'd highly recommend this hotel. It was a lot of room for the price.
