“Nickel and Dime”

I stayed for three days. When I asked for another coffee packet, I was told that there were two in the room and that I would have to pay for more. When I said that there was only one regular coffee packet, they said they would be happy to give me a regular coffee if I brought the dacaf to the front desk. Give me a break, we are talking about fifty cent coffee packets.

“It was a pain in my "back" !!”

The bed was very uncomfortable !!!! Worst bed i have had to sleep on in years !!! the recliner in the room was broken and when you sat in it, it was lomp-sided. Not a great stay.

“Sandlewood Suites in Dallas”

The hotel took all week to change a light bulb, fix a slow flushing toilet and give me a coffee maker that worked. It was dirty and noisy.

“No shuttle service after 8:00 p.m.”

If you fly into Dallas Love Field after 8:00 p.m., there is no shuttle service to the Candlewood Suites. The hotel's shuttle stops running at 8:00 p.m., necessitating a taxi ride. The cost for the two- to three-mile trip to the hotel was $17.00 not including tip. Also, if you are sensitive to scents, this hotel is not for you. The hotel reeked of very strong air fresheners throughout the facility.
