Hotel de fácil acceso

El hotel tiene una ubicación centrica y de fácil acceso. El personal no presenta la mejor actitud de servicio. Las camas son muy cómodas y el aseo aceptable.

Broken Key lock & noisy rooms.

Pros: Not much this time around.
Cons: Yes the evening staff to take a little pride in the job.,
I stayed at this hotel in July and everything was good. I came back again in September for that reason. This visit was not good at all due to the following: 1) I had to get new keys cards 4 times due to the door lock not working proper. The evening counter person (26 & 27th) blamed me for keeping the card to close to my cell phone which it was not. The key pad was not working. No work request was filed not was I offered to change rooms. 2) Two nights in a row the room next to mine (235) at (11pm) had the music blaring. The 2nd night (25th) the counter person called and it was turned down. The 3nd night (26th) the counter person said they would have someone check it or I could change rooms. Why should I have to change rooms due to a noisy stereo???? An hour later it was turned down. No one walked the hotel to ensure the noise was at a proper level. It was not the only room on the 2nd floor which was way loud for the time of night. The evening staff seemed bothered when I requested my key cards to be redone and the noise to be checked on. It was like the hotel was out of control at night with no one checking on anything to maintain the rules. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. I feel I deserve a refund of at least one night!

Shuttle service was a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Irving.

Room and Bed Nice but AC Not

Pros: Clean and convenient and staff friendly. Morning breakfast was nice.
Cons: AC needs to be improved.
The room and bed was nice/comfortable and clean but the AC was not. The AC fan was on all night because it was set on auto cool. The fan was loud and the direction of the air was not adjustable and was set to blow right on the bed. I tried to set up a pillow wall to block the breeze which helped a little. After staying for three nights I felt a little raw in my throat

Very Comfortable

Very good value for a 2.5 star hotel. The room had everything we needed. The beds were super-comfortable. Breakfast was ok. My only recommendation for improvement to provide better coffee with breakfast.
