Room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. It took over an hour to switch rooms. The shower was broken, the air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 75. Very unhappy with my stay.

I was in town for business and I booked this hotel blindly through a third party, that was a mistake. This place was disgusting. I switched rooms becasue the first one they put me in had a terrible smell. The next one did also but not as bad. There was also patches all over the walls, in every floor. Would not recommend.

Was in town for convention. Was very close to convention center, which was very convenient. On site shuttle service was nice to use as well to go to nearby stores

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 kids and got home today to find that I had 2 charges, one for $230 and one for $250. When I called the location they said it was a pet fee because pet hair was found in the room. We have pets at home, it is only natural for pet hair to come off our luggage and blankets. I have never had this issue at any other Comfort Suites. Prior to this issue, the stay was okay, but the breakfast needs improvement. There weren't plates available for two days of our stay, and nothing was refilled after 8am.

Checking in was a little weird and frustrating. Our room was a little outdated and not as clean as other hotel rooms we have been in. The room smelled a lil musty. The AC didn't stay on it got warm at night. Shower was great.

It was a surprisingly nice hotel. Very pleased with my stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Had a giant jet tub in my room. Room was large. Quiet. I've stayed at lots of hotels because of work. This one is a very good deal. Shuttle to the airport.

The hotel shuttle had a flat tire. The seat in the shower broke and collapsed (while I was using it) and then the buttons on thr phone for 'front desk' and 'emergency' didn't work! They switched my room and the phone in the second room didn't work at all. Lastly, the business center also didn't work but the employee at the desk was able to print what I needed. The hotel is old, struggling to stay updated, and downright dirty and falling apart in some areas. The walls in my hotel room looked like someone could have easily taken a lysol wipe and cleaned whatever was smeared on them, but no one cared to. The front desk staff tried their best to help, they were the only good part of my stay.

Room was outdated, desk chair was old and torn. The pullout sofa bed mattress was dirty, it had huge stains on it. I called the front desk for extra blankets to throw over the mattress and no one ever showed up. Aside from the issues with the room, lobby was clean, breakfast was good, and liked that the hotel was minutes away from main st.

For 5-6 weeks in Nov and Dec, Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child VOLUNTEERS pack shoeboxes for children in foreign countries. The packing center is a few blocks from Comfort Suites DFW, It would be nice to get a discount on the hotel.

An ok experience
The suite was roomy however the couch was uncomfortable. The big spa tub made it difficult to climb in the shower and the water was lukewarm not hot. We went down for coffee twice on Saturday morning and they didn’t have any available until we were checking out. The fitness center was very small.

Nice Hotel
It's a decent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. There's a Waffle House across the parking lot for other meals if needed. I'll stay again the next time I'm in Dallas, assuming it comes up with a good price in Hotels.com. It's not the newest, but it is well kept with no signs of decay. I liked it better than the very new and modern Tru nearby, with it's cold hard floors and stark in-room decor.
