We had a nice stay. The staff was helpful. Good choices for breakfast. I would stay again if in the area.

Nice for price

Pros: Location was great for shopping and dining
Cons: The air conditioner was very loud. Sounded like something was wrong with it. It did cool the room
Location: Located near Bass Pro Shop Just 2-3 mins away
Overall a very nice and clean hotel. The location would be good for families just wanting a get away or business people needing to be close to Rockwall or Mesquite or even Rowlett.

Great room, horrible breakfast

The room was very nice, but the free continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Their hot items consisted of microwaved lunch meat and eggs and a waffle maker. Naturally I made the waffle, but after I narrowly avoided pouring sugar-free syrup on my plate I found a "regular" one. It was flavorless and watered down. To add insult to injury, the apple juice was very warm. Other than that the stay was excellent!

Hotel In Rowlett, Texas.

Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: The mattress on the beds.
Location: Great location. All the shopping centers and restaurants were only a few minutes away.
When i first entered my room i noticed the toilet was constantly running. I immediately went to the front desk and notified clerk. She said she would be there to my room in a few minutes. I checked in on June 9 and checked out on June 12 and the toilet was still running. The mattress had my back hurting every morning i woke up.

Conveniently located next to main roads and lake

Pros: The staff and the location were great!
Cons: The bathroom could probably use a little upgrading on wallpaper, caulking, etc. Normal wear and tear items.
Location: Beautiful Lake Hubbard is across the street with lots of boating, fishing, etc. available. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.
The hotel was conveniently located next to I 30, right next to Lake Hubbard. We could easily get to restaurants, shopping, lake destinations, etc. within minutes. The hotel itself was a little older but well-kept by a very friendly and helpful staff. The location felt safe. I didn't have to worry about my car, items in the car, nor items kept in my room. The hotel was full to capacity, but, at least while we were there, we had no trouble with noise, mess, or difficulty getting assistance when necessary.

Loved this hotel. Quiet, good location. Great price. The ONLY thing that annoyed me was every time i went to the desk, I had to wait for someone to emerge behind the wall. There wasn't anyone just standing there.

Graduation Motel Trip

The stay was very good except the room was not picked up on the second day Trash was never dumped, towels not replaced until we called the desk at 9:30 P.M.
