“Our Stay at Comfort Suites”

We were very pleased with our stay at Comfort Suites. Very accomodating with our needs. We had to extend our trip and they tried very hard to get us an acceptable rate.

“Reliable service and rooms”

Comfort Suites at Park Central has always been very reliable and confortable. Very easy access to Highways going in all directions for the Dallas area. Have stayed there many times over the past few years and will probably stay there again in the future.

I stayed here for 1 nights last past weekday. Over all, this hotel is very competitive for its price offered. Upon arrival, the front desk girl was very friendly & helpful. For my prior hotel stay experience, in a hotel /motel like this level,most of time,their front desk or even house keeping are never friendly even you talked to them with very nice smile.. thats way I said I was very impressed by their front desk girl . She was also very patient when I asked some more questions regarding my concerns of our stay. One more amazing thing is they are laptop-friendly ,they have FREE WIFI !!!! This is so much satisfy my stay with them !! ( How can I live without internet!!! Ahahaha....) Another point gotta be mentioned is their HOT breakfast! Love it so much ,especial the interesting waffle maker,fresh juice, cereals choices, and the coffee is even awesome! ( I drank some cool coffee before in other hotel, and the ruined my day !) Thank you I will come back again

My eyes have been opened to a wonderful experience. The manager on duty allowed my family to check in early and went beyond normal requirements to ensure we were taken care of. I would be more than happy to bunk in this establishment in the future.

Worked really great for a three day trip. Room met most expectations and service desk/staff were always willing to help.

This hotel is located in a nice area. The price I paid for the room was worth it. This hotel also offer a full breakfast bar. The only problem I had was with the key card to my room. It didn't work on the 3rd day of my stay, but the staff quickly fixed this issue. Overall I would definetly stay at this hotel again.

“OK for the money”

The hotel room was good overall. The staff were courteous and responsive to our needs. The only issue I had was that the hot tub was out of order, and had been for some time, with little or no urgency on the part of management to have it repaired in a timely fashion. The indoor pool and hot tub were the main features that led us to choose this hotel. On a good note, it is close to many, many conveniences, ie; grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc... The small refridgerator was large enough to store some restaurant leftovers and a microwave to heat in the middle of the night munchies. All in all, not bad. If your looking for luxury and to be pampered, don't look here. IF you want a good room at a good price, then this is a good choice for you.
