Okay hotel in the middle of Dallas

Posted May 24, 2015
Experience wasn't bad at all, but they need to add at least one more elevator , one elevator doesn't work in a hotel. Loved the hotel room ambience, breakfast wasn't worth it tho

Good place to stay when departing DFW

Convenient to the southern end of the airport. Save yourself some $$ by not parking on airport. Good breakfast. And the Aspen Creek restaurant just north is above average.

We came as a family and rented two rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. Overall, really positive.

Close to airport, only positive.

Old and run down. Rooms were not ready at 4:00 when we arrived. We were told we could have ajoining rooms (confirmed on phone 3 weeks prior) and they put us in rooms 301 and 322. After complaining, were moved to 400 and 401- not ajoining but at least close. If I had not prepaid for these room I would have NEVER stayed.

one night layover to catch flight out

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Ice maker needs to be on ever floor that has guest rooms. Not every other floor.
Location: Little hard to find but perfect to get to the airport especially during rush hour traffic
Not the easiest place to find , the hotel is a little older but well maintained. Just needed a comfortable bed for the night and they had one. It was very comfortable and the room was well insulated and I did not hear outside noises and being on the first floor thats a must. Within 5 miles of dfw airport so this hotel served me well.

Nice place, close to the highway!

The initial impression was good, the only problem we experienced was a loose tile in the bathroom and the toilet was loud when flushed.

Disappointing

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: The hotel has a great location. it was minutes to DFW and right off the expressways.
Cons: It needs to update amenities on its website. It needs better maintenance and cleaning.
Location: It has great location. It's an easy trip to Dallas or Fort Worth.
We have stayed at this hotel twice. First time it was okay but the hot tub was broken. The hotel was really clean and the staff very accommodating. This year not only was the hot tub was out of order but the pool was too!! The stand that held the refrigerator was broken, the carpets were stained. We had three people in our room but there wasn't enough towels, pillows and blankets. We didn't think they had enough staff. We had to always go down to the desk for towels because there was only one person at the hotel at night. The Breakfast was okay but I didn't think they were prepared for the number of people staying at the hotel.

Disappointing!

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: house keeping and pool
We have stayed at this hotel before, the hot tub was not working. We picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. We get there and there is a sign n the door that states the pool is closed! I asked for corporate office to give me call regarding this matter twice and still no call. we stayed for a couple of days, housekeeping gave us more towels but didn't make the beds and didn't throw the trash. the breakfast was good.

2 night stay, everything was good, only that I had kids and the pool was close during our stay.
