“Extremely friendly staff”

We were greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. The breakfast was a huge success.

not sure of his name, but there is the same guy each time I check in usually late afternoon that is always very friendly and helpful. I also like option of having a smoking room. The shuttle service is a great service and helps so much. Makes staying with them so convenient.

For an overnight stay near airport it was great. Better than average breakfast that included waffles. Very nice hotel. We would stay again.

“Our Stay at Country Inn in Irving, TX”

We have stayed at this particular Country Inn in Irving, TX before so we feel like we know it well. The stay was very comfortable-rooms average but clean-smelled like smoke just a little bit(asked for a smoke-free room if one became available but one did not apparently). The breakfast was great except for the hotel person warmed up everything in the microwave(even cooked the sausage that way). I had to wait until she was finished before I could warm up my oatmeal. Desk clerk was outstanding-he even recommended a great place relatively close by to eat a great meal & have a drink(Razoo's). We were pleased with housekeeping-were barely noticeable but came by at about 9:30am and since we were still there-they were more than willing to come back after we had left. Also, left me extra shampoo and towels which was a big plus. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

We were there for the PV vs Grambling State Fair Classic at the Cotton Bowl. Although the hotel is in Irving the travel to and from the stadium was not bad. Will probably stay there again next year.

Location was excellent easy acess to downtown Dallas, naer great shopping and restaurants. It was just great.
