The staff is very friendly. There has been updates to the lobby and other parts of the hotel but the rooms are a little room down. Felt safe while we were there with 2 little children. Part of the reason we had choose to stay there was for the pool and it was out of order the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel: clean, simple, & decent place to stay overnight. Close to walking distance restaurant, location is terrible, checking in took us about 46min and 13secs after arriving on time... (Waited for rooms to be cleaned), barely any parking... At least the rooms were clean, honestly I think it was the time/day that made it garbage but it was really a decent hotel and staff were nice.

DFW airport that does not know how to handle over-load customers when the weather goes bad. Do NOT book this hotel if you are stuck in DFW due to in route weather cancellation of flight.

Fairly new, clean room, professional staff

Pros: Nice lobby, clean room, nice furniture, comfortable bed, good value.
Cons: Didn't like the cheap plastic tub surround but it was OK.
Location: Close to restaurants and DFW Airport.
Check-in was a breeze using Expedia, room was clean and neat, plenty of towels and extra pillows, nice LED TV, small fridge, small microwave, and one cup coffee maker were adequate, check-out also fast and easy using Expedia.

Nice hotel

stayed in this group of hotels quite a few times and they don't disappoint, only down side was the pool is out of order, parking is good plenty of spaces, breakfast above the norm, worth the money and would stay here again

It looks really nice from the outside, but the inside its just a piece of crap hotell its old n it stinks! Its just nasty!

Our room was nice (took 3 rooms to get it right). The toilets were broken in the first and the made this weird loud sound (like some leak in a vacuum system constantly)in the second. Third was perfect...all were clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice and would have given this hotel 5 stars if the pool was open and we could get water somewhere. (They were sold out at their little market, no vending and the gyms water cooler was broken). After all that and they fixed some stuff it's an amazing deal for the money.

Hotel close to airport DFW

Pros: Is comfortable and very reasonable price, cheaper compared to other around the are.
Cons: The breakfast has very few options.
Location: There's a restaurant in front of the hotel "Aspen Creek" there's also a Red lobster near by (walking distance) McDonald, Burger king subway and Walma
It's close to the airport, it has enough space, microwave, mini fridge, desk, single sofa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. There's a restaurant in front of the hotel "Aspen Creek" there's also a Red lobster near by (walking distance) McDonald, Burger king subway and Walmart. The shuttle can take you for free in a radius of 5 miles. Shuttle service starts at 5 am.
