Our check in was friendly and the staff were very helpful. The bar area was perfect! Great area full of food options. Would definitely stay in this area of Arlington again.

We would like to thank the front desk clerk who checked us in and thanked us for waiting patiently! She was very professional and her smile made our very long exhausting trip from Seattle a little better! The location was great, near many restaurants and shopping. I love that it quiet and easily accessible to the highway.

Property overall was great. Room was really nice! Poor service. Early checked in almost 24hrs advance before my arrival date on courtyards website. Called and spoke with courtyards representative shortly after, “At hotel” I stated that I checked in, “because you know that would make their lives easier, and that I would like to request 1st floor, for personal reasons, and was told absolutely no problem and that I was all set, providing confirmation and name, everything. Arrived at property next day and I spoke with another courtyards employee “a gentleman “ fed me a line of bs, basically stated because I booked third party via “ Expedia” they give out all requested rooms to guests that book directly through them and that we get leftovers! And because of the football games, “which there wasn’t any” there was nothing left for me, and proceeded to offer me a suite on the first floor “with additional cost” I declined obviously, and than had the audacity to offer me a free water 🙄 I guess, after seeing the blood shot eyes and steam coming out my eyes I’m sure he thought it would be a good idea to cool me down but what ever, if that so to be true fine. But I booked my room 2 days advance, checked in almost 24hrs BEFORE check in and called to speak with someone directly! Absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service skills!

Room location is always based on availability and has nothing to do with how reservations are booked. The hotel was ok. Unfortunately, there were a lot of "hidden" fees that you are not told about until you get there. The hotel adds a $30 incidental fee for your stay and it is not refunded for 7-10 days. They also charge $7 for parking. In addition, there is no free continental breakfast. It is $6 per person. It seems like all this hotel is doing is trying to make money off of you.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We stayed here to go to the football game on Thanksgiving and they did not disappoint. I thought the room i reserved came with a couch for my nephew, but i was wrong so he gave us the adjoining room with no additional charge. This made my niece and nephew so excited. Thank you for helping make this a very memorable stay. We truly appreciated your kindness..will definitely be staying again.

No Maid service
I was there for three nights and maid service did not service my room at all any of the days. The trash was not taken out, fresh towels were not left and the bed was not made. Normally if a hotel is limiting maid service ( without the do not disturb sign on the door) they either let you know at check in, or they leave a letter in the room notifying guests. This made the stay less than wonderful as I had meals delivered and so the containers were never removed.

Hello, I work in the Quality Control department of a national company. I booked a stay for one of our managers that was travelling to a neighboring location to perform an audit. When they checked in, they found several large cockroaches in the room. I've stayed in and booked many Marriott rooms over the last few years and I have never experienced this. Luckily, the staff was able to swiftly move the manager to a new and much cleaner room. My intention for leaving this review is that something can be done for future guests of the hotel. Bugs are no joke!

This was our second night stay in a place on a cross country move, for the one night we were there everything was just fine. The room was clean, there is a great shopping/dining complex less than a mile away, and it’s close to the freeway. However, of all three hotels we stayed in our on trip - this is the one I was least impressed with, especially for what we paid. We took our son swimming once we got there and all along the inside of the pool was green algae growing. When using the shower the water is either scorching hot or freezing cold. Finding a spot where the water was actually warm proved to be near impossible. And finally, as a paying guest at a Marriott in Texas (not some extra fancy hotel) you have to pay to park your car there. Not the end of the world, but certainly a surprise upon checkin. Overall is worked for what we needed - safe, close to the freeway, clean.

My daughter and I stayed at this property, while attending a women's conference in Arlington. The location was very convenient to the Globe Life Field, where the event was held. The staff was more than friendly. They were very welcoming and made sure that our stay was comfortable. In particular, Crystal made each day very pleasant with light conversation. We would stay here again for sure!

The employees were super nice! The online pictures were deceiving and probably taken many years ago. The hotel looks nice just not as nice as they made it appear online. My room however had issues, light bulbs were out, door lock was broken, fridge didn't work, and the shower leak through the wall causing all of my stuff to get wet. So I was not real happy with this visit

I loved the morning staff, they were friendly and helpful on things to do around the city. I did not like that my drain in the shower did not work, I had to stick something in it to keep it open. I also did not like that the elevator broke and I had to walk up flights of stairs with bags. Which that had nothing to do with the hotel, you can not predict that something will break, but you can help and accommodate the best to your ability. Which the hotel did not. And when it was time for me to check out and catch my flight the hotel attendant was nowhere to be found. I waited for over 15mins for her to come to the desk, and when she came, she came from outside with two jars of liquid in her hands. I was late to the airport because of waiting on her.
