Enjoyed the stay

Posted Mar 20, 2014
The location of the hotel was great if you plan on going to a ball game, six flags, or hurricane harbor, but if you plan on doing activities in Dallas, it's about 20 minutes out. I was a little bit worried when I first drove up to the hotel and even when I was walking through the hallway to our room because it looks a little drab, but once we entered the room all fears were quelled. The rooms were very nice and clean, showers were nice with great water pressure, and the beds were comfortable. You can tell they wash ALL of the linens instead of just the sheets which is great. The pool is a really neat indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub. Both were exquisitely clean. I wasn't the one to check in/check out, but everytime I walked through the hallway the staff smiled. The breakfast isn't free, but I think they have a Starbucks in the lobby which I unfortunately didn't know about until our final day, but was a nice perk. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Explanation

I mostly stay at comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, etc. I chose to stay at this Courtyard due to the closeness to Dallas Football stadium. the room was ok standard, no including of breadfast in price, the room was crowded with the the two of us. I will not be staying at a courtyard again.

Dear guest, I want to thank you for givings us the opportunity to serve you. I am sorry to hear that due to this experience you will not stay at another Courtyard. Courtyard rooms are normally larger than other Hotel Chains. I hope you can give us another opportunity in the future. Best Regards

Nice hotel close to ball park, stadium

Only thing I wished the hotel would provide is shuttle to events at stadium.

Hello , I am very glad to hear that our location was convenient for you. I am sorry that we cannot provide shuttle to the events due to the extremely busy traffic around the area . We find that guests can make it faster to the stadium by foot or using the golf cart caddies and bike rigs. I trully appreciate your comment on our Hotel. Best Regards

5 Star Location - Closest Hotel to AT&T Stadium

Posted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: Location, Location,, Location
Cons: Sound-proofing or better guest etiquette
Location: Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers
Room was quite large and well-equipped. Checkin was easy and pleasant. We just needed a place to crash after an event at Jerry World. Free coffe in room. Free Internet. Lots of plugs. Big bathroom. We were awakened by noisy neighbors at 3:00 and 4:00. We got up at 5 and drove back to Dallas.

Hello Mr. Rick, I want to thank you for staying with us and providing us with details concerning your stay. I am glad you enjoyed our large rooms and the check in process was nice. However, I am sorry that some of our guests were noisy. We have an associate that walks the entire hotel all night and makes every effort to keep noise down. Of course , during game days, it does get a little bit more complicated. I hope the coffee available in your room made driving to Dallas more comfortable. Best Regards Rosa Azuara General Manager

Cowboys Game Trip

Posted Jan 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for the Cowboys game. Hotel was clean and pretty nice. It is within walking distance of stadium and lots of great restaurants. It could have been a little nicer for the price that we paid. Air conditioner made bad buzzing sound the entire time that we were there. Overall pleasant stay. Would stay again just because of the location.

Hello Dear guest, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your experience at our Hotel. I am very pleased to learn that overall was a great one. I have looked into the buzzing sound from the Air conditioner in the room you stayed in. My maintenance department has made an adjustment to it and believe this has been fixed. Again, thank you very much for your feedback. Have a wonderful day.

50th Birthday

Posted Dec 31, 2013
Pros: Hotel was within walking distance of stadium, Walmart, and several good restaurants. Staff was great, and helpful. Indoor/outdoor pool was great.
Cons: No problems. Well, the hot tub was kind of HOT, but I think that is why they call it a hot tub. ??
Location: Stadium, Rangers park, Walmart, six great restaurants too.
Flew in from STL to celebrate my 50th birthday, and watch the Cowboys. They lost though :( We rented car so we could have the freedom to do what we wanted, and the free parking was perfect. Parking at the game was big $$, but you take can take a cab for $5 a piece. Nice weather I would have walked.
