Great place brought down by management

Pros: The rooms are great, and the bar was good. The Sunday bartender was a bit rude, but the guy working Friday and Saturday night was terrific.
Cons: Management and guest communications
Started with the shuttle driver being unable to find me at the airport. Moved on to the front desk girl not knowing how to register me since I had prepaid with Expedia. She ended up charging me for the room again, and I had to get a manager involved to get the charge fixed. Moved on to problems with an additional hold on my card and had to get corporate involved to address that issue. Despite numerous requests to speak to the weekend manager, she never returned a call, and my husband was told she was too busy to speak to guests when he tried to speak to her. All of this is very unfortunate since the hotel is beautiful, and clean. Housekeeping was great. Raul, the bartender on Friday and Saturday evening was fantastic. This hotel would be 5 star with different management and better front desk training.

Cons: move the tv to the wall, had on dresser at a bad angle for the bed.
Nice place, room was clean, close to rental car return.

I loved it! The hotel staff was great, very friendly and called several times during our stay to check on me and my family. The lobby was very welcoming and offered great amenities

Could not sleep.

Could not sleep because of noise from the floor above. The room next to me actually banged on the walls and yelled out to stop stomping. The hotel night staff did nothing after I called twice in a two hour period. Same thing happened the next night. The manager did give me free breakfast though. But not sleeping because of noise is unacceptable. The rooms also need a safe. I do not remember the last time I was in a hotel without a safe. They spent a lot of money on renovating the lobby and bistro, but should have spent it on the rooms.

We have addressed this with the overnight team so that moving forward they will be better equipped to quell noisy neighbors should the need arise. Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and airplanes were audible.

In town for the Dallas Cowboys

Maritza and her staff were super friendly! It's about a 10 minute drive from AT&T stadium. Room is modern and comfortable. Only negative part of my stay was, they were overwelmed for breakfast on a Sunday and it took about 30 minutes. No big deal though, gave me time to enjoy another cup of coffee.

Pros: スタッフがのんびりしていてゆったりできました。アットホームでした。
Cons: ルームサービスが22:00 ?まででしたか・・・?帰宅後夕食に困りました。ピザの宅配がありましたが 野菜不足になりました。(笑)
Location: 特になくコンサートのための滞在でした。自然、広々としていてゆったりは出来ました。
ホテルの階数も高くなくこじんまりとしたアットモームでゆったりとしたホテルでした。 雰囲気はとても良かったです。

I just stayed one night. The employee's were nice and cordial. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location. I will stay here again.
