Great property. Qiiet rooms and laidnout perfectly. Wall between the bed and the door, closento television with a perfectly located mirror. Balconies! Especially like the back rooms that you can see downtown at night. Comfortable bed.

I stayed at this hotel because it was a Marriott and was very convenient to UTSW hospital. This Courtyard Marriott was comfortable, clean, and staff was friendly. You can always count on a comfortable bed with comfortable pillows at a Marriott. The bar attendant went above and beyond to serve me a glass of wine the first night I was there. And, the friendly morning attendant had me smiling as I left with my coffee in the morning. My only criticism would be that the room was beginning to be in need of a redo.

Upon arrival, the checkin process was very pleasant. The front desk receptionist was friendly and had a great energy. However, once we got to our room, there was an awful odor that lingered all three days we were there. The cleaning ladies were very kind and attempted to spray our room with fabric spray, but that only masked the smell for a few minutes. Being one of the cheaper options, and also the closest to the event venue at Dallas Market Hall, I wasn’t expecting something lavish, so it met my expectations in terms of accessibility and basic needs (bed, shower, clean sheets, towels, etc.).

This wasn’t a bad hotel stay at all. Clean room. Towels were rough. Comfortable bed. Hotel was somewhat updated as far as the amenities for it to be an older hotel. Parking was easy safe and enough. Would stay again.

NO HOT WATER for all 4 days. Front desk receptionist female sits on the chair in the back the whole time and does not even stand up when a guest arrives or has a question. All the packages/boxes deliveries are just sitting there on floor behind reception desk. Most awful pillows i've ever seen in a hotel. Completely flat as a paper. All 4 of them were completely flat. Asked for new pillows or better pillows 3 times. They said they didn't have any others. Can't believe this is a Courtyard Marriott.

On Thursday evening Nov 9th the Gentle man working the restaurant counter / Bar was rude asked a question and was given a rude reply… couldn’t tell if it was open or closed since it was so dark! Shared what happened with the front desk

The hotel was convenient to the venue for my daughters wedding and the reason we chose it. The room was small and could be updated, especially for the cost at $297 per night. The room backed up to the highway and we could hear road noise all night.

The staff was great and the amenities were excellent (except our shower leaked all over the carpeting in the bathroom area). TV was horrendous as we didn't think we would need to know our Netflix/Prime/Youtube ID and passwords.

Nothing much to like, besides the staff, and the room was clean even though it is old and needs a major remodel. The Sheraton next door had a full bar, and food. We went next door for that and went back to the Marriott for bed. I've been to Marriott's that has been on tap and a better selection of alcohol. Nothing in walking distance with all the bums around- it is downtown or close too. I should have expected that.

The location of the property was very convenient for a trade show at the Dallas Market Center. Parking was nice and easy. The staff was generally helpful, with one particular standout who went above and beyond. The main negative issue was the damp, musky smell of each of the rooms that our company had reserved. Otherwise, it's a decent enough place.

Worst Hotel stay ever!
The Hotel was was clean and check in was good. The bar/diner was out of everything, very low selection. The Halls were noisy all night, the room just to the left of mine was out partying all night making noise and smelled heavy of weed. I had to shut off my HVAC system because of the smell. Called the office and they said they would look into it but never did, they did nothing at all! So we did not get to sleep, it was hot in the room, it was an expensive miserable night and I will not stay there again!
