Super fast check in, the hotel was very clean the whole time. Wasn’t loud at all. The bar was nice. I didn’t eat I. The bistro cafe so I can’t comment on the food. The only con really is the fact that you had to pay for breakfast.
Great front desk service, staff accommodating, kind and helpful. Location was just righ for my trip to Dallas. I felt safe. Room was clean and fresh. I would recommend this location.

Check in was bad—door was locked, note on door to ring the bell. The guy that let me in was rude and seemed put out to be helping me.

I think this is a very typical "Courtyard by Marriott" brand hotel. I do not insist it is very special. But it was what I expected for Courtyard by Marriott brand hotel, I mean, it is reasonably comfortable. I had very good night rests there as I had expected.
I choose this hotel due to its location to Baylor. However, it’s actually really close to a lot of things. Good restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself has a restaurant that’s open for breakfast and dinner. I didn’t try it out this time but it had good options. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. My room was clean and I mean really clean. I loved that all the rooms open up to the courtyard. The pool is nice and secluded. The bed was super comfy. I don’t have any negative things to say about this place.

The room was remodeled and very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was not cleaned and coffee supplies restocked for my 2nd night stay. I had to go to the front desk for them. There was only one package of regular coffee. Luckily I had a cup to drink out of. I guess my room was just overlooked.

We were advised about construction. Had to change rooms due to noise. No water at all one afternoon. Front entrance closed to parking. No pool. Rooms clean but need updating. Bathroom fan not working. Etc. No comp breakfast. And full price? Not.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. I have shared your feedback with the Engineering team regarding the bathroom fan so it can be addressed. Regarding the pool, we do have a pool on property. It is an outdoor pool and it is closed for the winter season due to low and freezing outside temperatures which we experienced in Dallas this week. It will re-open in the Spring season, when the outdoor temperatures are comfortable and safe for our guests. Thank you for commenting on our clean rooms. Additionally, the rooms have been newly renovated as of July of this year. We consistently receive positive comments regarding our updated rooms since the completion of the room renovation. Moreover, as we are a Courtyard brand, we have a Bistro restaurant on property which serves breakfast and has it's own menu with ala carte pricing as is the same with all Marriott Courtyard brand hotels. Thank you again for staying with us and we look forward to your next visit when you are back in the Dallas/Plano area.
The gorgeous picture representing this property has nothing to do with the actual property. It is under extensive renovation. Somehow they forgot to mention that when booking the room.
Our stay was average. The beds are very comfortable, but they don’t serve coffee until 6:30am. We had to leave by 6am both mornings for business. There is a coffee maker in the room but powdered creamer isn’t my thing. Good value for the price. Close to lots of restaurants (driving distance).
The property is being remodeled so you will have to walk in through a back door. The room is very nice, bed is comfy. You can hear almost any noise near you.
