The facility could use some updates. No in room microwave. Pool a little too cloudy. Overall clean! Yes I would recommend this facility.

This was a pretty average hotel. Nothing was super spectacular but it was somewhere to sleep. The rooms weren’t amazing, but the beds were comfortable. The AC didn’t work very well and we had it on 60. I didn’t sleep with a blanket on. lol The employees were kind, too. Security patrolling the parking lot was nice. If you’re just looking for a place to stay that isn’t a motel, go here.

The hotel was nice overall. The lobby was very cold temperature wise. The dining I thought should have been free breakfast. Lots of traffic in the parking lot at night not feeling too safe. Great staff pleasant and friendly

The property is okay. There’s 21 floors and the elevators are extremely congested, prepare to wait a while to access the elevators. Room service would come by when out and take dirty towels , did not clean room or replace towels . You have to go to the lobby to retrieve towels daily. Other than that my kids enjoyed the indoor pool & I enjoyed happy hour at the Bar .

I loved the gym, the bar and the indoor pool. The gym had the same equipment as my gym at home, so it connected straight to my app. And the waitress at the bar and grill got my name immediately and called me by name Everytime she saw me. However, the air conditioner in my room was not working well, and I called them multiple times about it the first night, and finally just ask it to be fixed the next day. They worked on it but at 2 in the morning it quit again.

Well we didn’t have any body wash the entire time we were there, and the cleaning people came into our room even though we had our do not disturb sign posted on the door. Figured since they came into our room that they would check everything, but no they didn’t. Secondly, person who checked us is did not seem to really be paying any attention to us at all. Didn’t clarify anything and just told us that the elevator is over there, and move onto the next customer. Thought that was very odd. Overall the room was clean and cozy. The view of the city was nice to look at during the night time.

Our room door wouldn’t close properly. We were able to open it without the room key. Only 1 elevator was working. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator. People were taking the stairs. The hallways were dirty and the hotel is ran down. The customer service was nice that’s about it.

This hotel was perfect for what i was looking for. Safe, clean, good size rooms. I had a horrible experience with another hotel same evening before checking in with The Crowne. So this hotel settled all my angry nerves and disappointment I was carrying with me. I will be staying here again going forward when I visit Dallas.

Check in was the best part, after that its all down hill. The air conditioner was broken and I reported that to the front desk. Maintenance came up and acted like they did some stuff to make it work. Took out his laser thermometer and bullshitted me. I'm a tech and can tell when someone if putting up a front. It never cooled at all, my shower drained so slow that water was up to my ankle. Over all this location was good and the stay was awful.

The hotel room was very clean and staff was so great Loved all three bar tenders at night we asked for a few ideas on where to go and the choices they gave us were amazing props to those guys we will definitely be back on our next visit

Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms that appear to have been recently renovated. The restaurant and bar inside the hotel was convenient and good quality. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient for the medical district and Love airport. However, I am not sure the neighborhood is good for a walk at night. Otherwise, this is a good hotel.

There was a cheerleaders competition going on an some of them were staying at the hotel.....which was fine, but when only 2 of 4 elevators were working, that became a issue. The heater in my room didnt blow hot, the sink water pressure was low, an there was no ice machines on the floors. Other then those things i enjoyed my stay

I had two main issues in this property at checking and cake out time, 1. I got my room and my keys and when I returned from dinner first night, keys did not work, so then the counter person told me “you are not checked” I said “why, I had the keys and I was able to leave my stuff” he said “ I don’t know but you have to enter a new deposit” I had other reservation for this hotel so at the end I made 3 deposits, when I checked out I was asking about that and they said “talk to accounting about that you are free to go”, I asked about a receipt and they said “it is through Expedia, ask them” so no receipt I got even I had dinner once and the said “I don’t have any dinner y the records” I’m concern how they will use those 3 deposits and the missinfrmation and the way the check in and check out work in this property.
