I had two main issues in this property at checking and cake out time, 1. I got my room and my keys and when I returned from dinner first night, keys did not work, so then the counter person told me “you are not checked” I said “why, I had the keys and I was able to leave my stuff” he said “ I don’t know but you have to enter a new deposit” I had other reservation for this hotel so at the end I made 3 deposits, when I checked out I was asking about that and they said “talk to accounting about that you are free to go”, I asked about a receipt and they said “it is through Expedia, ask them” so no receipt I got even I had dinner once and the said “I don’t have any dinner y the records” I’m concern how they will use those 3 deposits and the missinfrmation and the way the check in and check out work in this property.
