We stayed here for a concert at the American Airlines Center. The room was good and the rates were great. Even breakfast in the hotel was enjoyable. I will stay here again when I am in the Big D Market Area.

“Crowne Plaza Market Center - GREAT place”

I will recommend the hotel to friends and family alike when they are visiting the downtown Dallas area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the hotel was very easily accessible to the places I needed to be. Bed was very comfortable and room was extremely clean and comfortable.

We were in Dallas for support of our sister who was attending the Pathways seminars. We didn't spend alot of time in our room, but the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The beds slept like a dream and there was excellent water pressure for showers. (I'm picky about water pressure!) All in all it was a great stay!

“Wonderful hotel experience!”

The hotel smelled like roses upon walking in and the rest of the stay followed in that wonderful suit. the staff was helpful and professional, the hotel was clean and well maintained. My stay was very enjoyable. I am very pleased overall. The only improvement would be in opening the side entrance that was gated to make accessing the parking lot easier.

This is the type of older but elegant hotel my wife and I prefer to stay in. I didn't know what to expect, but I was more than pleased when I arrived. The staff were experienced hospitality personnel that knew the business and delivered exceptional service. I will not hesitate to return here on my next trip to Dallas.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was HUGE, and everyone was very nice. I used the shuttle service to get everywhere ~ they were great about giving recommendations for food options.

We were impressed with the quality of the hotel and the service. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a convention at another hotel in the area and were provided with van service to and from that convention site, saving us parking fees and problems, and we were dropped off at the door. Little requests like extra coffee were taken care of with pleasant smiles. When we returned home we realized we left clothes hanging in the closet. A quick call to the hotel and housekeeping had our clothes waiting for our pick up. I highly recomend this hotel for fights out of Love field, market area needs or just for a nice relaxing weekend visit to Dallas.
