“First 4 days in Texas”

The Crowne Plaza in the Dallas Market Center is a very comfortable hotel. The service is first rate, fast and efficeint. The meeting rooms are comfortable and the staff service is very professional. If your in Dallas for business, you owe it to yourself to consider a stay at the Crowne Plaza.

“Convenient to Airport”

The hotel was convenient for Love Field Airport, and was clean and comfortable. I was a little worried about the noise, being right beside the interstate, but it was fine.

“Nice place in a so-so neighborhood”

Nice hotel with a better than average fitness facility. The AC was a little balky in my room. The temp was either too hot or too cold. This is an older hotel that could use a little updating. That being said, it was still a great deal going thru Expedia. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

“PPL review Dallas”

The hotel was very nice. It was a little far from the convention center, but shuttle service was availalbe.

“It was okay”

Stayed during OU/Texas game weekend. Was one of the few hotels that allowed only one night stay. Most required 2 nights minimum. Reasonable price.

“Got A Great Deal - But NOT Worth More Than We Paid”

Hotel was nice however it seemed a little run down and lacking in TLC. Our air conditioner had a leak that made the carpet in front of the tv wet. We let the maid know of this problem but she did not seem to care or pass the info along. The pictures on the Internet were nicer than the real deal. The road in front of the hotel was a one way frontage road to the interstate so it was confusing to figure out how to get back at times. Overall, it was an average value for the price we received and no longer than we stayed we were able to cope with the flaws.

“Pleasant, but skip the breakfast buffet.”

The front desk staff was very courteous. Room service was quick, food was good. Breakfast buffet was less than pleasing - the eggs on the buffet were cold, nor did they replenish in a timely fashion. There was only one chef on the line cooking eggs, omelets, waffles, etc. Other than that I would say the stay was pleasing and I would stay again, but probably avoid the breakfast buffet.

“Good business stay”

Very clean. Conveniently located for doing business downtown. Only issue was that the airport shuttle stops service at 10:00PM.

“Great place, with one tiny glitch”

I would have given this hotel a 5, but for one thing: Is it two much to ask for a double room to have a reading light for each bed rather than one wall-mounted light between the two beds?
