Only positive thing was good location

We had a room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. Asked for more and they said we had to give back our used towels first. They never brought any up so one guest had to use hand towel. Room was unkept when we got to the room and only made 1 bed when they came to clean our room.

We do want to apologize for your experience with housekeeping and guest services. It is standard for our rooms, as with many IHG hotels, to stock rooms 3, 3 and 3, (3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and three wash cloths). We do not know exactly why more was never brought up, per your request, but we will look into it. As for the rest, we can only speculate that you may have left items on the unmade bed, which led to the room attendant not wanting to touch or move any personal belongings. Had a good stay beds were comfortable didn't care for the coffee bathroom was a little small over all ok

People are very nice

The club thrive I would not recommend tho. We were told it was free before 11 so we got there at 10:45 and they made the guys pay 20$ each to get in and their was 4 people at the entrance and all 4 were hounding us that we had to pay even tho the hotel told us it's free for guest. When we left we went to the front desk and they gave us our money back.

El personal excelente, atencion, y comodidad y equipamiento en las habitaciones bien. Solo detalles en los numeros exteriores de las habitaciones estan con papel y no da buen aspecto, de ahi en fuera es agradable.

Nice location yet need improvement

Ok overall stay, ac didnt work. I expected queen size beds, felt like full size beds.

looks much better in the photos...room was ok, but the towel had a long hair on it, and the carpet seemed unclean and old. Bed was comfortable.

Bad experience

The hotel was next to a bus stop. Bad part of town. Never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking. Beds were uncomfortable . Went to turn my room key in and not staff.
