“Great hotel, friendly staff, a lot of service for a little price.”

The hotel was absolutly beautiful. The room was everything that I expected. Very clean, with nice linens and super soft towels in the bathroom. The hotel staff was wonderful also, we had a lightbulb issue in the kitchen and the staff had someone up to replace it within just a few minutes. While we didn't eat at the hotel, the cafe looked nice. The pool area was great as well. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The only down side was the location, the surrounding area looks older and the neighboring businesses detract from the location.

I was immediately impressed with the prompt service at check-in and the modern yet comfortable surroundings in the lobby. The room itself was spacious and quite comfortable. Room service was a bit pricey, but overall my experience at this hotel was better than I originally expected. I will no doubt stay again when I visit the Dallas area in the future.

“Comfortable Hotel”

The inside looks like the Starship Enterprise with walkways crisscrossing a huge atrium -- which I found charming. Staff were pleasant, and the hotel has a computer dedicated to printing boarding passes with links already built in for all airlines. Easy parking. Spacious rooms. No sidewalks in the area, so if you're a walker, you'll need to look elswhere.

“Very nice for the Price!”

We stayed in a suite with two double beds and a fold out sofa. It was very roomy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was very nice for the kids and me. The hot breakfast was very good, and the hotel interior was gorgeous. I would definetley stay here again.

“Great Hotel”

My mother and my daughter traveled to Dallas to visit my brother. The hotel was very easy to get to from my brother's house near the Galleria. Room was excellent, beds comfortable. Lots of room in the bedroom area to walk around and the living room portion was perfect for a four-year old to play. Breakfast offered much fresh fruit and eggs made to order. We looked forward to returning to the hotel at the end of each day.

This was by far the best hotel we've stayed in, in all our travels. We've been traveling since 1984, so we've stayed in a lot of hotel's across the country.

“Great hotel but get a high floor room”

Very nice hotel all around....the ease of coming and going from the two entrances to the to the elevators is nice and the 'open air' design is interesting as you can look down on all the bar, restaurant and lobby patrons from your floor , The king bed was very comfortable , the small sofa less so...and they still use CRT styled TV's in the bedroom and main room....kind of a bummer when you've become accustomed to the razor sharp image of HD TV's these days...These are minor nitpicks however. The rooms, linens, furniture and bathroom were all very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest, is get as high a floor as you can, as even a small 'clink' or conversation from the bar/restaturant/lobby below comes wafting up and is audible in the living room area especailly, even on the 8th floor as I was...luckily, the bedrooms have nice thick doors that masked most of the sound....the internal and external walls also let a surprising amount of sound in. Room service was excellent and the food was good.

“Huge room”

I was impressed at the size of the suite. Although I was traveling alone the accomodations were more than adequate for a single person. Super fast check-in, quiet location in a residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Would return in a heartbeat!”

If you are looking for a great central location to everything in Dallas, this is the place to be. Rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. Perfect for shower, sleep and go. The front desk was very helpful when I locked my keys in my rental car!
