Old with few amenities.

After the first night, my room didn't get cleaned, my bed didn't get made, no clean towels. There is no where nearby for breakfast and none served at the hotel. Also no coffee in the room.

Pros: Nothing, I would rather stay further to the airport than to stay at this hotel again.
Cons: room, staff, technical knowledge and cleanliness
I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was not very clean and old. The staff was not very helpful with internet. Tried to print boarding passes but the staff could not figure out the printer. They had 2 computers and apparently one did not work and they knew it but not sign put up.

I checked in, the room that was given wasn't cleaned. Gave another room. Ok. I had to get keys changed everytime I left the room. Clean linen provided only one day. No daily check for cleanness of room need. To pay for a roll of toilet tissue and hand soap is outrageous. This hotel is in need of a big upgrade in rooms, especially the bathrooms.

Nothing as advertised

Cons: Just about everything
1) The free wifi never worked. They repeatedly said they had fixed it and were fixing it, however it never worked. 2) They have a free shuttle. Yes its free, however whether or not its a "shuttle" is debatable. We spent about 4 hours waiting for it total 3) The hotel was gross looking and smelling. Every carpet had a slightly damp "i just survived a flood" feel and smell to it. 4) The elevators and pretty much everything mechanical gave me the impression that it was just about ready to break. 5) There were loud cars driving through the parking lot pretty much constantly. I may not have noticed this as much if I hadn't spent so much time outside waiting for the shuttle

I regret using Expedia for this hotel reservation. It won't happen again. We paid, but upon arriving at the hotel, we saw filth from one end to another. We didn't stay because it was very nasty. We also were not able to get a refund because we used Expedia.

This was the most disgusting motel I've EVER encountered in all of my many travels. And I've visited over 30 of the continental United States in my lifetime.

Pros: housekeeping very polite, but not front desk still waiting for supervisor to return my call
Cons: better professional front desk better water pressure if wifi is free please have it work maintenance show up and do thier work order

Curtains wouldn’t close-I did it my self, ask for help no one came No wifi Tv didn’t work-I did it my self, ask for helpno one came Low pressure water shower-didnt take a chance to wash my hair toilet Low pressure afraid of overflow came in late flight delayed. Didn’t have room ready key did not work next day they thought I had checked out $ still not back in my account

Pros: Close to Dallas
Cons: Needs to be updated with paint and upholstery.
Location: Dealey plaza was great. Stock exchange in fort worth. Lots of restaurants and shopping
When we booked package hotel said it offered a free full breakfast, when we got there they told us they do not serve breakfast. It was because of the pool and full breakfast that I booked that hotel. Desk was really slow and a lot of the people were angry about the service and the wait. Young Children were in the pool until 11:00PM and were loud. It was and extended stay hotel and the people living there were rough.

Even when clean it doesn't look it. I moved a cupboard and found a plastic fork that only God knows how long it had been there! So, I was not impressed. I also wonder why check in and check out are such a long process!
