Check in staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to accomodate us! The restaurant was slow, but food was amazing!

Great staff

We traveled down from Minnesota to see the cowboys game on thanksgiving and the hotel offered us a shuttle to and from the game. We hesitated spending the extra money to use this service but later decided it was some of the best money we spent. They dropped us off right in front of the stadium and picked us up right after! Great service! Thank you!

Such courteous staff, they gave us free wi-fi for the weekend as well. The room was top notch, it was quiet and very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again if in the area!

Perfect for business

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only down side was the location, not much around that you can walk to. I did not have a rental car, but I was there for work purposes so it didn't matter. I would definitely stay there again.

football game trip

Beds were uncomfortable and near unacceptable. Toilet didnt function properly. It continued to not function properly after a person "fixed it". I would have preferred a bar of soap in the bathroom. Breakfast Buffett Sunday am was a disappointment. Service appeared slow and disorganized. The omelet was good.

Unclean room

Pros: Hotel shuttle to airport that we did not use.
Cons: Almost everything
Location: Catch an airplane but would never recommend them, other hotels can do this also for less money and probably cleaner and better appointed rooms.
Unclean room starting with many black hairs on shower walls, an occasional one is acceptable but many is plane laziness. Glass rings on nightstand, was not wiped down. You have to pay for WIFI and that is totally unacceptable. If the lower price rooms can give it to you FREE then what the heck? I booked two rooms for over $200 a night each and have received much better elsewhere. No fridge or microwave in room, for this price shouldn't you get more than a bed and bathroom? Last time I will book with Marriott.
