Great spot

Pros: easy parking, restaurant in hotel, big, comfy rooms
Cons: Service was a little slow @ the restaurant , but I realize they were overwhelmed with Market goers!
Great spot to stay when going to Dallas Market! Close & market shuttle goes here!

Great hotel

We booked this hotel while we were visiting Dallas for the weekend for my sons birthday. It is about a 5-8 minute drive from downtown, close to the zoo, aquarium, childrens museum etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The regular king suite is what we got and it has the bedroom (with a door) and a little living area with a pull out sofa, as well as a refrigerator. Overall it was a great hotel and I will be staying here when visiting Dallas.

The only problem we encountered was ordering I've and not receiving it. Clean comfortable and conveniently located close to Dallas Market Center.

Not what we requested/booked

I booked the hotel on Expedia and chose the two beds for the room choice. When we checked in, apparently there were no double rooms left. We were given a King room and the only explanation I received was that because we reserved with Expedia and not the hotel itself our bed selection upon booking was not valid. All guests that reserve directly with the hotel are given first priority. The manager did give me a small monetary amount off of the room for the inconvenience, but seemed to careless that he left us with one bed for the two of us. I was very disappointed in the stay.

El hotel esta excelente, las suites son muy amplias y hasta tienen un sofacama aparte de las dos camas, muy comodo y todo muy cerca

Friendliest Shuttle Drivers

Location: Definitely, try the Twisted Root in Deep Ellum. It had great atmosphere and fantastic food.
There is much to like about this hotel, but what I was most surprised about was the shuttle that would take us anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. There were 3 drivers, who we got to know fairly well after spending 3 days in the hotel. They were very busy, but they always did there best to pick us up quickly. When we were on the shuttle, they were friendly, and knew the area well. They were able to give us recommendations on where to go, and they even went a little out of their way for us to see a movie.

Right off the freeway and close to children's hospital. Typical marriott property and was a nice place to stay for the night.

Great stay for the "deal" we received.

Location: Very close to Dallas Market Center/ World Trade Center
Good location, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. For the deal we received/ which I think was similar to the posted online rate, it was a great deal. Nothing overly fancy, but everything was in great condition.

The staff was very accomodating and the stay went according to plan. Previous statements about paying for parking are false, the staff will inform you how to get in and out of the gate upon arrival. Over all, we were very pleased with our stay.
