A nice place to stay in Dallas

Pros: The comfort and quality of the facility and the food and warmth of the staff.
Cons: Transportation to and from the airport and access to public transportation
Location: You have to drive anywhere you want to go and the traffic can be difficult which makes the hotel an oasis on a very busy freeway.
The hotel was fully booked and crowded with new graduates and prom goers. We were there as part of a family event, many of us spent long hours in the front lobby milling about and filled tables in the dining areas. We and were treated courteously no matter how long we sat or how noisy we were. We pushed tables together, had hours long breakfast and lunch gatherings and were always given good service, no matter how overwhelmed or short staffed it seemed to be. The front desk was always warm and professional. We had a great time in Dallas and your hotel helped "make it happen". Thank you and regards.

There was a ton of people waiting to check in when we arrived, some were very rude. When it was finally our turn, the young woman at the desk thanked us for our patience and in return gave us vouchers for breakfast at the hotel and $20 vouchers for their bar. And not to mention, they had our room ready WAY before check in time (3pm).

Nice hotel 10min from downtown.

Nice clean hotel parking was $10 a night. Rooms were very close to each other seemed like but couldn't hear neighbors. Good view of the town but got woken up my sun curtains didn't fully block sunlight. But nice staff and they charge a $25 fee just incase u buy something from shop if u don't buy anything guy said money will go back to card idk why my card shows two charges of $25 pending it better go back or i will be calling them.

Great location to hospital district and Market

Very close to Parkland, Children's Hospital and UT Southwestern as well as Market Hall. The room was very clean. I felt bad for the 1 waiter they had in the restaurant. The hotel did not staff well for it being Market as well as an Ophthalmology Conference. The food was very good and the waiter was apologetic. It was no fault of his.

Nice hotel. Well located, staff is friendly and helpfull. Room is large, clean and comfortable. I did not tried the breakfast.

Nice hotel, great location

Hotel personnel were very hospitable. Room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was great because it was close to downtown with easy access to roads to anywhere in the city.

what a joke

Check in was @ 3 pm. However, when we got there @ 3:45 we were told room was not ready. At 4:05 we were given room keys and proceeded to room. I opened door to a room that was already occupied by a 1/2 dressed man. My girls 8 & 9 were shocked. As an attempt to apologize they gave a card for a free breakfast. Sorry to say that did not erase what my girls saw. The hotel staff acted as if it was no big deal. They just said sorry, we r just swamped. Is this not your job- what u r trained to deal with. What a joke!

Dear Traveler, Thank you for your feedback. The icy roads and gridlock that shut down most of Dallas Forth Worth was no Joke. The weather created travel nightmares, canceled flights, road closures and icy conditions for all our guests and the DFW Metroplex. It also created logistical problems for the hotel that in turn caused delays for our guests. As this was tough on all involved, we appreciate your understanding during this winter weather snow and ice storm. Due to the icy road conditions and winter storm that plague the North Texas area, the pickup of dirty linen and the delivery of fresh linens was severely delayed. Also due to these conditions it made it nearly impossible and unsafe to get staff here on time. Well, this was an unfortunate situation, the weather and roads conditions were something the hotel could not control. In an effort to get people into their rooms quickly so they could get their hair and makeup done for the big competition, we did rush and for that I am sorry we failed. Upholding our commitment to provide a memorable experience with exceptional service, we hope to have an opportunity to better your experience with us whenever your travels bring you back to Dallas. We stayed in the executive suite and it was lovely. It was quiet, clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay there again.
