This hotel was nice. Location was good. Two problems: Restroom looks old and needs and upgrade and the ac could be better. it didnt get cold!

Pros: It was really clean.
Cons: No microwaves or fridges. Not enough suites.
Not exactly what I expected, but it was clean. Could use microwaves and small fridges in the rooms.

I love the Dallas Marriott Quorum

Pros: Comfort and business like attitude of staff.
Cons: Location can be a little challenging. Not particularly close to the downtown business district. Handy to the Galleria. Food service is just ok.
Location: Located off the Dallas tollway near Beltline.
I have been staying at the Marriott Quorum when I come to Dallas since 1991. Through all its iterations, the property consistently delivers. I think the property has never looked better. So its not the Ritz; it delivers what it promises. Value, comfort and professionalism - winning combination.

Not what we expected

Pros: The courtyard was very attractive.
Cons: We had a very long walk from the elevator to our room and had to carry our bags.
Location: Location was ideal for us.
There was no vent in the bathroom so it was difficult to finish grooming with the foggy mirror. We would have appreciated a refrigerator in the room. The greeters were very pleasant but did not take initiative to help with our bags. We were especially disappointed to find the pool too cold and the hot tub too hot to enjoy. However, the exercise room was well designed and the equipment was very nice.

They charge a $12.00 daily parking fee which wasn't made clear when I made the reservation which irritated me.
