Front desk staff was flat and dry to the customer! Didn’t say one word, then he watched us load the cart for the 2nd floor and never once said, we don’t have an elevator. It was late and I was too tired to go back to the front desk. I’m a senior citizen, 67 years young. Some things I probably would have left in the car had I known there was no elevator!!

2 night stay
Even though it was a no smoking room it had burn marks on the toilet seat and duvet. It smelled strongly of cleaner, urine, and smoke. The outlet next the the bed did not work. It seemed to be fairly recently remodeled and the black fixtures and black/white flooring made it really easy to see the unclean areas (for better or worse). I will say the person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty comfy too!

The room could have been cleaned better. The remote was dirty and the cloth chair in the room was stained. I did like the hard floor and it smelled ok. The staff knocked on everyone’s door one hour before checkout. This was tacky and unnecessary.

The beds are brand new, the frames were changed to the more sanitary metal frames, and the sheets are changed after every single guest and tucked in tightly. We've yet to hear something like this from an actual guests. Disgruntled people? sure. Hope your day gets better.

Thank you for staying with us. The hallways were recently painted and we were still dealing with details here and there, rest assured its all done! The incidental fee does apply to all guests and its simply there to make sure the rooms stay as fresh as you saw them!

DO NOT BOOK - horrible establishment
I was contacted by phone at 3:08 on stating they needed my card to complete check in even though we listed we would pay at check in. Check in was 3:00 and i felt it was weird they wanted my card number over the phone. I did not give. When checking in the clerk was very rude. The rooms were dirty and had dead bugs and hair in the bathtub. The refrigerator did not work. The photos of this hotel in the site were not accurate. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm sorry to hear things didn't go as planned. We pre-authorize all cards the day of the arrival for the first night of the stay to make sure the reservations are valid. If a card declines, we call to verify the guest is coming. If they aren't, we cancel it, but if they are, we ask for a valid card (just like any website asks when making a reservation) to keep holding it. Unfortunately we've had a rash of people booking rooms with almost empty gift cards just to hold the room, and simply not showing up if they didn't feel like it. We're a smaller property, and having empty rooms at the end of the night because we hoped the people that did not want to give us a valid card (like everyone else) didn't show up (surprise surprise), seems silly to us. I'm sorry good guest like yourself get caught in the cross fire, unfortunately its an industry wide problem with no clear solution other than ensuring the guests that booked intend on staying by providing a valid card either at the time of booking (like all the websites ask you to provide) or by other means if it declines. Oh, and sorry about the fridge, it works, also new, but needs to be turned on with the temperature knob. Thank you.

The fridge has to be turned on with the temperature knob, I'm sorry we failed to inform you of this at check in. Its brand new. The handicapped showers have handrails, the other rooms do not. Thank you for staying with us!

The hotel staff were nice. The rooms were updated but there were stains on the furniture, the walls and ceiling. The linen had rips and holes. Since they are under construction there was very limited parking so I was forced to park in the space designated for EV. There was no elevator which was very disappointing and it smelled bad. I’d probably never stay here again but I think once the construction is done and they get the smell out it may be decent.

The EV charging is perfectly fine to park in once there are no other parking spaces. They are not governed by the same rules as handicapped parking spaces. Hope to see you once we are done!

Horrible experience!
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. My daughter and i were in the area for a dance competition with another mom and daughter. As an all female party, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. It seemed as if their whole staff was nothing but men. They stared you down and followed you down the halls. The ice machine didnt work and there was no elevator (or it was out of service). Walking through the halls the smell of weed would knock you down it was so strong. The beds were ok comfort wise, however upon further observation we noticed how filthy the mattresses and sheets were. Towels were very small and 3 out of 4 towels in our room had hair on them. It appears they’re remodeling, but i also wondered if the employees running the place were actually living there. Boxes were everywhere! The pool’s the size of a large hot tub. The windows werent sealed like most hotels and they opened allowing a ton of moisture and humidity into the rooms. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything. Also, someone tried opening the door to our room several times, and the door was hard to push all the way closed. We both slept with our pistol on the night stand, just in case! They also make you pay for your whole stay up front which was very odd. We travel frequently for dance competitions and never have we paid for our stay up front. We were supposed to stay a few days but after the first night we left. Ive wondered if thats a frequent occurrence, with guests checking out early.

crazy stay.
After I checked in four ladies tried getting into my room. Someone had not checked me in so the front office was trying to use my room. Then an hour later the manager opened my door looking to see who was in the room. Again he tried to give away my room. When the people would try to open the door my dog would bark. Then I got a call from the manager wanting me to make sure my dog does not bark. Really. do not try to come in to my room.

The room was great totallaly remodeled but the hotel was under construction and I wasn't informed. Also they dont have an elevator and I have a bad knee. It was very inconvenient to walk up and down stairs.

Seems they were renovating because the lobby area was in disarray. Their one ice machine was out of order but I think it has been out of order for quite some time because the sign was old and faded. In the evening their parking lot was full and we had to park right in front of office for the night. Besides that, it was a pleasant stay.
