“Alright”
I didn't appreciate the maids coming in my room which I had the "do not disturb" sign prior to me leaving for the day. I came back and my room was cleaned but I had a lot of valuables on the table which were not taken. I was irritated about this and not complying with the sign. But overall it was alright.
“Julia”
Older property. You get what you pay for, although I didn't pay for the bugs that appeared overnight in the bathroom. Many, many flying insects!
“Pleasant 4 night stay”
This hotel is located in a great area of Plano. There are plenty restaurants within 5 minutes. They offered a hot continental breakfast every morning. For the price that I paid, I was thoroughly pleased and will return. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It made travelling with my infant so much easier. Great Stay!
“Cheap, convenient hotel but poorly maintained”
I stayed here for a couple of nights and was disappointed overall - while the hotel is in a convenient location and value is good, the room was in poor condition with a distinctly pungent smell throughout my stay and bugs (yes, bugs) in the room that appeared to come from the bathroom. Not recommended, except for location.
“Perfect ... Sure go back next time in Dallas region...”
Kindly service
“Perfect choice”
I had to stay in Plano for 7 days and took a chance on this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived, their computers were down. They didn't hesitate to give me a room based on what I told them I reserved. The room was clean and well maintained. They don't have nice flat screen tvs but that wasn't a huge deal. The bathroom shower was larger than most and easy to move around. They have free wifi, frig, and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked. I even had to extend my stay an additional night, and the didn't hesitate to keep the rate the same. Location wise, you have easy access to all of Plano and Dallas. Will stay there again if in the area. I was very impressed with this hotel.
“Good hotel”
I like this hotel. The location is very good, and the living environment is comfortable. If I go there again, I will absolutly live there.
“just ok”
Hotel was ok. The halls kinda smelled like cat but the room was fine. Biggest complaint was the shower was just lukewarm - was really looking forward to a nice hot shower after traveling all day. 2 of 3 employees were helpful. The third -a 20-somthing guy - was more concerned with talking on his cell phone.
“excellent hotel for this price”
The staff was very courteous and accomodating. We had to check in early and there was no problem. The room was comfortable and spacious with 4-cup coffee maker, mini-fridge and all the amenities needed. Even the free continental breakfast was well-stocked. We were well satisfied and would stay here again.
“Decent for the price and a short stay.”
The room and location was great and the staff was courteous. I've had poor experiences with continental breakfasts in the past, but they offered a decent variety that was satisfying. However, the bathroom and utilities were very troublesome. It was impossible to have a shower or a bath without having both at the same time. There was little water pressure and and the toilets had very weak flushing power. I'd stay here again, wouldn't stay for more than one night.
