We booked for the pool and hot tub but was never told the hot tub wasn't working and when we wanted to change hotels because of it there was no help and they could careless. Because of changing we were still charged a extra night and since they didn't have the amenities advertised I don't think we should have been charged . Also the breakfast was nothing more than some mini muffins no freash fruit. It was very sad.

Other than no breakfast it wasn’t a bad place to stay at all! Everyone commenting about it smelling like smoke and weed but honestly show me a motel that doesn’t these days!!

I’ve been to this place a few times to deliver food or stay. I’ve never one time walked in to the building and seen an attendant. Always have to call for them. Then takes for ever for them to get there. Then you’re not greeted with enthusiasm at all. Just low energy in this place. It’s not the worst hotel but certainly not the nicest. I got this through expedia and after driving here I realized I could have spent my $100 to stay at a much nicer place. This place needs refurbed, it needs someone at the front desk at all times to greet you with a welcome like most places do. Couches and chairs in the lobby and rooms look like second hand stuff with stains I guess lots of truckers stay here and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. However it was quiet, the room was clean which is about all I can say that is positive. With all the new homes and restaurants and the rodeo here this place will need to be much better in the future.

Hotel “amenities” were abysmal. They DID NOT have the continental breakfast (we were downstairs by 6 AM each day) at all during our 4 day stay, and the HOT TUB was FREEZING! You couldn’t even turn it on. They advertise laundry but charge more to dry than to wash. Also no elevator!!

The room stank, the hot tub was tiny and not working, the hand rail wasn't by the steps creating a safety issues and the pool was ick. Our room key wouldn't allow us into the pool a d staff had to help us. The continental breakfast was a joke, 3 bottles of OJ and 4 mini muffins (at 645am). When asked about the breakfast the guy at the front desk said " it wasn't a continental breakfast, it was like one." We did ask to be checked out and the hotel refunded the rest of our stay

A waste of money! We had three rooms rented for a wedding. At first, it was so great. It smelled nice, super clean, and good service One of the rooms was on the second floor and had a light out in the bathroom. They ended up just giving us from a 1 bed to a 2 bed on the first floor for no charge as a solution. The second room, nothing wrong and it was great. The third room had stains on the bed, cigarettes still put out and sitting there, and just a very gross atmosphere. They sent room service to the room and cleaned it quickly. The next morning, we go to the breakfast room. We were excited for Texas shaped waffles that we seen in the photos. Instead, we were greeted with yogurts, muffins, juice. Everything was out or not working— even the cereal and milk were “out” at the start. We went about our day regardless. It was cheap, so we couldn’t be too mad. We asked them to skip our room for cleaning as we didn’t want people in our room. We talked to the cleaning crew and just asked for three new towels and some toilet paper. They told us to just throw out the dirty ones to the hall. Pretty easy, cool. We checked out the next day, 30 minutes before check out. Shortly after we left, I got a call that I originally missed. No voicemail left, but I called back. No answer. I called again and was told that a blanket and all the towels were gone and we would be charged $200. I was so confused, told them how we didn’t take anything and were told there’s nothing we can do.

Pool and hot tub closed. No breakfast. No smoking room, the bedspread had burn holes from cigarettes. The handicap shower flooded the bathroom and entry carpet.

There was very little for breakfast and what they did have wasn’t put out unti 7/7;15 am even though breakfast was advertised at 6 am. The appliances didn’t work in the room I.e phone, alarm clock, and coffee pot. The exhaust fan and toilet seat in the bathroom were broken. There were insects in the room and night staff were never present.

There was no breakfast provided as it was stated there would be. The pool was closed with no obvious reason. The rooms were dirty and unkept. Housekeeping came at 9 am to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. I will not be staying here again.

Check in, lady wasnt very friendly. Raced through her spiel about breakfast and checkout. Never said anything about wifi had to look at the key slip to know what the password was. The room was decent, nice and cold. Not many towels in the room. Tv wouldnt work at first. At breakfast, hardly anything there and it was only 7am. They literally had a few muffins, 3 bottles of juice, and 2 yogurts. At check out, the same lady who checked us in, was talking to the maids in the hallway, asked if we were checking out, and when i said yes, she just said ok. Thought she was going to walk to the counter to check us out, and after standing there for 5 minutes and people forming in the lobby, i went back to the hallway just to see her still talking to the staff. I asked her if i needed to checkout or what, and she said just leave and she told me to just leave my keys at the desk. I said i need a receipt, and she said fine, and acted like i was bothering her. Then came to print my receipt. Didnt say thank you, or sorry, or have a good day. Very rude and shouldnt be working with the public if shes going to be that way.
