“Great service!”
We had an interesting time here. After checking in around 6:30, we went out to a concert. After returning around 11:30pm, we went up to our room. Minutes later, we both went out to get ice. When we tried to re-enter our room, our keys wouldn't work. I made a few trips back and forth to the front desk was treated very well. They had to call and wake up the repair man. After 30 minutes, and the repair mans nifty lock machine, we were back in our room. The entire time we were treated courteously and promptly. We were also treated with complimentary breakfast buffet coupons for the next morning. The staff in the kitchen also did a great job.
“Farmer's Branch Doubletree”
Stayed here a few times before. Always nice. This time I arrived in the middle of a really bad storm. Wanted room service. Was told the kitchen was closed until the 'all clear' was given, but if it happened before it closed for the night (in the next 60 minutes) they'd call. Less than 15 minutes later they called and asked what I wanted. I appreciated that. Didn't have to go hungry that night.
“Nice hotel, but the area is a little spase”
I enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend it to anyboy who has business it the area. The room was nice, and they had a restaurant and bar. Although they weren't "near" the airport, they had a free shuttle that picked me up and dropped me off so I didn't need to pay for a rental. I had business with a customer in the building next door so it was very convenient. However, there is not much else near the hotel that you can walk to. The shuttle would take you places, but if you will be there for long, you might wish you had a rental car.

“where is the menu prices?”
The hotel was good as a discount hotel, no complaints there. In the morning we went down to checkout and get something to eat. we saw no prices so we thought it was contenntial. After a little while my wife and I were talking about ihow good it was. I thought let me just ask. Thats when we were told it cost us And that it did, $28.00. Please put up some prices. It won't happen again!
“Doubletree Hotel stay”
Exceptional stay for discounted price. I hope that Doubletree tries to stay competitive with other hotel/motel chains. Our stay was very pleasant with the exception of a slow draining bathtub.
