Good location but a bit outdated

Posted May 21, 2015
The suits are very comfortables however the phone didn't work, the sink was taped and no one fixed it, the room daily cleaniness was averaged. On the other side the loby is very nice and breakfast is good

Room was quite nice, but the bed was too soft

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The lobby is really nice and the rooms are modern.
Cons: Change out beds that are too soft and pillows that sink down to nothing.
Location: Located right by Saltgrass restaurant which we enjoy eating at.
Although we have stayed here in the past, I'm not sure we'll do it again. We stayed in room 510 and the bed was way to soft for us and we didn't care for the pillows. We tossed and turned all night. Everything else was okay about the hotel. Having omelets to order was really nice, though I would have preferred the veggies be cooked longer before adding to the omelet. I would recommend that the staff keep on their toes about making sure the supplies are replenished for breakfast. People were wanting whole milk or 2% milk and all they had left was skim.

All great but they do need to have more carts to carry the luggage.. for how big the hotel was they only had 3. We were 6 and had to carry everything from the 4th flooreto the parking took about 3 up n down tp get everything! Other then that it was great.

Compared to other Embassy Suites...not good.

Posted Apr 26, 2015
The rooms were outdated and felt very cheap. The lobby seating was confusing and poorly labeled for restaurant seating and general seating. The bar and area for happy hour are seperated across the lobby. We also had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to repair our Dorr so we could get into our room.

Damp and dirty

Posted Apr 1, 2015
The first room we had was filthy, beds and bath. The rooms were so damp, our clothes smelled musty, the towels never dried out. I will never stay there again

Our room was not the cleanest.

I've stayed at better Embassy Suites. The room was tidy but extremely dusty.

Do not recommend this location

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Have a towel available for as many people the room can accommodate. Check the appliances to ensure they are working. Monitor the pool closer.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and am usually pleased but this trip i was not. I was placed on 9th floor which was suppose to be the premium floor. We tried visiting the pool but it was over packed with unregistered guests having a birthday party in there (2 adults and over 20 children) whom were playing with the life saving devices in the pool and hot tub. Did get in the hot tub briefly until could not bare the noise and when we got out no clean towels, found a basket of used towels and i did have to use one to dry my swimsuit only figuring i could get upstairs to take a shower. Went downstairs to try and get 4 more towels so we could all take a shower before we went to bed. Room was booked for 6 people and after getting upstairs found out we only had 2 towels. Went downstairs to get 4 more towels and they said they would send some up which they never did. Called downstairs to ask if they could get us some since we were tired and ready for bed, front desk said they were working on it (I never got these towels). In the morning went to make coffee and there was already water in the coffee maker, dumped it out and refilled it now I know why there was water, coffee maker did not work. After breakfast which was the only good part I inquired about the towels I was still waiting on from last night and finally got some sent up. I use the Embassy chain often book according to which one is cheapest for that day. I will pay the extra money to stay at another near by for now on

Great hotel, Great location

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Nice place to stay. Easy check-in, great Happy Hour, fantastic full breakfast bar, and very clean, easy access to freeway. One problem...I had a plumbing issue that wasn't resolved right away. I spoke to the front desk, and I was comped half off a night's stay. I would stay there again.
