We had a problem with the reservation which the staff resolved. The room they put us in though was not fully functional. Pillows and towels were missing, some lamps were missing, light bulbs were missing from other lamps, and multiple outlets did not work. I chose the hotel because it has swimming pool but the swimming pool was under renovation and unavailable. Nothing about the renovation was noted on the website. The breakfast was extremely meager. I would not stay in this hotel ever again.

This establishment is the worst. When I arrived I was never informed that there would be construction noise going on above my head every morning. When I made a complaint they said they had no other rooms available. The room had a kitchen with no cooking utensils provided. The breakfast they offered was just a snack bar, and the whole over all experience was just a mess. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was also around 4:30 a.m. when the fire alarm sounded. I tried to open the window but there was a stop on it. A fireman on the outside kept telling me to open it all the way but the aluminum stop was screwed in with weird screws and I couldn’t get it off. We went into the hall which had smoke and a policeman directed us out. About 6 we were allowed to return to our room. There was no mention of compensation for our inconvenience by the staff and I had to ask about the fire to learn what had happened. I did not get the impression that the management was concerned with the guests.

They did not have breakfast as stated. A granola bar is not breakfast. Our entry keys did not work on our third day. They were out of coffee and did not offer to refill the containers. There were no kitchenware in the kitchen. There was no hairdryer or coffee station in the room. Love the size of our room

Not sure what the point of a full kitchen is when there are absolutely not plates, pots, cups or cutlery. Towels had hairs woven into them and found 2 bugs crawling on the walls. Front ran out of creamer and had no quarters for me to do laundry. Ok for budget hotel but definitely not fancy. Decent location for me.

Although the building is old, the property is in a good area. You can also tell that people live in this hotel. I wonder if that's why the hallways smelled sour. The room I got didn't smell that bad and it was nice and spacious because of the layout. You get what you pay for in the end.

Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling by wires. The EXIT door was broken for 3 nights and left open all night; this is a fire safety and security concern problem. Lots of banging and noise inside, and Police activity in parking lot. Room lamps did not have lightbulbs. No daily room service. Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. A grab and go snack bar is not "Breakfast". Will not stay again.

It was dirty… trash overflowing in the stairway the whole time. This hotel is a hotel that has tenants living there with dogs and families.(nothing wrong with that just a heads up) and when searching for hotels I always check breakfast and this hotel’s breakfast was granola bars they have out in a basket nothing else. Super outdated appliances as well

I had a disappointing hotel stay due to persistently smelly rooms and dirty linens without any covers. The lack of cleanliness greatly impacted my overall experience, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

This property was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty - crumbs and trash on tables and crumbs/bugs in bed after you drew back the covers. DId not get any sleep as there was much banging going on during the night - in fact, other guests were complaining about it and the police were called out. We did not stay any longer as this was totally unacceptable.

The structure is in fair condition. The staff and rooms did not have kitchen ware in suits and carts for luggage unavailable during check in and check out. Cart was in same spot the rest of the time in front of laundry room durring stay, never removed. Just coffee available for one morning during stay and trash was never emptied. Issues with card readers as well. Peoplenare begining to live their also. Have pictures to prove it will provide on google. Will.be gping to this facility again. Will try to prevent others as well from disappointment.
