Booked for 10 days, got in super late the first night, checked out the next day and booked somewhere else after having to fight roaches while trying to get a couple hours of sleep.

ROACHES!!! Do not stay here unless you want to share your space with roached. Told front desk and they did not seem concerned. Their workds were "we will spray today" that did not happen for 2 days. We left.

The property smelled like rotton food, trash and dog waste that was piled up in the stairwell. Constant smoking, cigarrets and pot on the property along the doorways. Requested sanitizer spray, told not available. Asked for silverware and was treated like it was an inconvenience. There was no cookware, utelsils or even a blanket in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes, my clothes smelled like cigarettes. I asked the front desk for ferbreze and they said they don’t have any. My neighbors dogs kept barking all night and they were fighting. The SMELL OF CIGARETTES MADE ME NAUSEOUS AND MY CLOTHES NOW SMELL LIKE NASTY SMOKE.

The floor of the room was disgusting. There was something on the side of the bed that was dripped onto the floor that looked like vomit. When we complained they cleaned just that one spot which means they knew it was there. The rest of the floor was covered in black dirt. Our socks got filthy. We also could not use the bathtub at all because it was clogged and it would fill up with dirty water. We asked for help and was told we would be helped and nothing happened. When my husband complained a second time the woman behind the desk dismissed him and said that. "maintenance comes on Monday." NO ONE OFFERED TO MOVE US. We had no other place to stay because we had already paid them. They refused to refund my whole trio with Hotels.com. I do not understand why we are charged at all to stay in a room without a functional bath or shower? Forget about the filth even.
