As I was asleep the first night a roach crawled on me. The morning I was laying in bed I see something crawling next to me in bed I killed it. It was a spider. Went to front desk asked for my linens to be changed she said no I have to put them in a bag and place in front door

It was a very good stay Perfectly clean room Tasty coffee every morning Comfortable bed slept well No noise issues The bathroom sink control failed fortunately it was last day The only other thing worth mentioning is I had a kitchenette and I requested plates silverware and coffee maker and was told that it would take time to gather up because of the shortage of employees. Otherwise, I would stay again.

This hotel was easy to get to and close enough to the airport that we didn't have to rush last Sunday morning. It was very clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. No big deal! There's no place like home and sleeping in your own bed. :) Tiffany, the manager, was amazing. Very friendly. Thank you to Tiffany and Extended Stay America!

The close proximity to the airport and the fact that it was late in the evening where the only reasons we booked at this hotel. This is not a hotel I would typically book nor will it be one I book in the future. I witnessed several people hanging around the back entrance in the dark and I just didn’t feel safe. The office staff were not very professional, joking and laughing amongst each other while the lobby was filled to capacity. The room could’ve been cleaner with the shower curtain having multiple spots of mildew on the bottom. We booked a king room with a pull out sofa to sleep three. The pull out had no sheets on it nor were there any sheets in the room. Overall I wasn’t impressed with this hotel nor did I feel comfortable enough to be able to sleep.
