Horrible stay
The stay was horrible. Sheets were dirty , carpet was damaged, blood stain on bed cover. Anyway all in all I would not go back again. I rather pay a little more and stay somewhere descend.

Was woken up by staff at 6am threatening to call the cops on me for lack of payment. I got a room for one night and the room was charged on my credit card, they though they could scam me for a second night by threatening with cops, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how bad it smelled. Then we got to our room and the bathroom has parts of the ceiling missing (I assume scraping off mold) and the towels were stained. The bed was a really old spring mattress and the kitchen was not clean. We got sick within an hour of being in this room and felt fine once we were out of the room, so we had to find another place to stay after 1 night. The staff handled it very well though. The manager Valerie is great!

The hotel was dated and not very clean there where numerous smells around the place and the staff was not very friendly when they where around to help you. The room was not very clean also and the floors were very sticky when you walked on them. I did like that is was closer to the concert we were attending but that was about it.

We arrived at noon on May 22nd. The person at the desk (Justine) said that we could not be checked in until 3:00 p.m. because of hotel policy. We asked if we could store our bags somewhere (like most hotels allow) and we would come back at checkin time, she said "no." She checked that we did indeed have a confirmed reservation. We came back around 2:20 p.m. hoping that our room would have been cleaned and she would check us in. We asked and again she rudely replied only at 3:00 p.m. So we sat. In the meantime, the housekeeping lady her rooms 212 and 218 were ready, but Justine did nothing. Shortly, before 3:00 p.m. she said that the room we booked is no longer available. I showed her the confirmation that we had paid for the room more than 10 days prior. She kept going into a back room and coming out. Then she said we need to call Expedia to rebook us. I told her this is not an Expedia issue and that they needed to fix this. Then she put me on the phone with a supervisor who said that the person staying in our room had extended his or her stay and that they had a right to that. I told her that we too had a right to the room that we had booked and paid for. She too said to call Expedia which I refused. Suddenly (it is now 3:25 p.m.), Justine tells the supervisor that she sees a similar room (302) available. In the process our reservation was swapped with a 9 night stay when we only had booked one night. We finally got our room but will never stay at Extended Suites again.

LOVE THE FRONT STAFF!
The front desk staff were GREAT! So helpful and very friendly. We were bummed the pool wasn't working yet and that all the rooms weren't fully stocked with dishes, pans, and cutlery. We chose this location so we could cook our meals to cut down on expenses especially because we were with college students. But overall, the rooms were comfortable and clean!

I stayed at this location due to it's proximity to public transportation - the DART Orange line that runs to DFW airport is literally right across the street and I was flying out of Dallas early morning the next day. The front desk staff was attentive and professional and probably the greatest asset the property has. The room, however, had a dirty cooking dish sitting on the stove, a dirty face towel laying on the floor behind the door, and the kitchenette floor looked as if it hasn't been swept as there were food remnants on it. Luckily, the bed/bedding looked clean. The WIFI wasn't great, but serviceable.

We booked our room at dinner on our way into town through Hotels.com. When we arrived 3.5 hours later they stated they didn’t have our room or one equivalent and we would need to cancel our stay or accept a smaller room. After driving 10 hours with five kids we were just ready to get to a room and relax. We asked about a discount and they stated that if we cancelled through hotels.com and booked a smaller room it would cost more through them than our room cost through hotels.com. We accepted the room but asked for more bedding as some were going to have to sleep on floor. They had no extra pillows. We had three pillows for 6 people. Then we got to room and the room had NO cold water. No running toilet. The shower had no water what so ever. After a 10 hour drive it would have been nice to take a shower. Still no discount offered. Terrible start to our mini vacation.
