Pros: The room that fits 6 was HUGE! Great room for a big group!
Cons: The room wasn't too clean... the place could use a paint job to spruce it up.
Location: Lots of things nearby. We visited the Bible Museum and The Potter's House during our stay.
Everything was great except no one cleaned our room while we stayed there

Cons: Different hotel!
Location: Close to medical facilities
No frills, good location, friendly staff, but older facilities, "rough" blue collar guests, NOT a family atmosphere, worry about security/safety

Not easy to get around the hotel without a car.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: The kitchen was great and very handy to prepare food.
Cons: The oven was so old it didn't have a clear door so I could not see what I was cooking.
This hotel was great except that it is right on the highway so it is VERY noisy. I found the combination of aircon and the cars/trucks going by was enough to wake me up a number of times. My room was facing the highway so I can imagine the rooms further back would be quieter. Also the microwave turned on by itself...it wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it. Maybe the room is haunted?

Location: Medevial Times, we went and had a blast. Just be weary of the taxi cab drivers in the area
Room was okay we had to be moved to another room, but the hotel staff was more than accommodating. Thank you ladies. Wish the breakfast was a little bigger .

Pros: Closeness to downtown
Cons: Gut the inside of the building and redo it.
The outside of the hotel has been kept in good condition. The inside is a different story. It smelled of dampness and show signs of water damage in the bathroom of our room. There was blood stains on the couch and the shower curtain. Obviously, this does not bother room service and no one has taken the time to replace the blood stained items. The owner of the hotel is milking the property for what it is worth and delaying the remodel as long as possible. Location was close to downtown is the only thing good about the hotel. The staff was friendly and did their jobs but I doubt if they would stay in the hotel, even if given a free night. Also, the hair dryer in the room did not work.

Overall, good. A little worn here and there. Nice, helpful staff, night folks. Stayed at other hotels in area, two times cost, same rating. Smoking was permitted, I think in some rooms and ad nonsmoker I noted very faint odor in room that dissipated with airing out.

I met with the housekeeping staff to ensure that issues like the one described won't happen again in the future. As well, I am sorry that our amenity policy was not described to you at check-in. For future reference, we do not provide toiletries in each guest room, but we do offer a supply behind the front desk for guests to enjoy upon request. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

Hotel was nasty. Checked into 4 rooms before we found one that didn't have mold or wet carpet from leaky toilets.
