The room I had was roach and bug infested. Bath tub looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned, the door was patched from where it seemed that someone had tried to bust in, bath towels had stains, hair was on inside of sliding door to bathroom, desk chair disgusting with stains, and mgmt didn’t seem concerned, safety, cleanness and respect goes a long way. Property in a beautiful and clean area, walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful hospital right across the street from this place, with mgmt should be ashamed and embarrassed,

I don’t think I can find one positive about my experience. First room my kids and I walked into I felt like I was smacked in the face with an ashtray! It was TERRIBLE!! I asked the front desk to move me which she did. Second room didn’t smell as bad, but the bathroom I wanted to throw up just looking at. If it wasn’t so late in the night I would have left and went elsewhere but it was 10 pm when I arrived. Kids and I both didn’t sleep much and my son even said “mom, I would rather sleep in the car than in here!” So it was that bad!

Roaches all over room and unfriendly staff refused to reimburse us after only being there one hour and said that since we used restroom and beds were sat on she could not rent room out again they kept my money and said we stay over one hour so they couldn’t give us our money back worst place we’ve even been after driving 18 hours to get here never again such a rip off staff was super ghetto cursing and sleeping on the job never never never again

Entire building was nasty! Trash overflowing into hallway and horrible smell throughout! Elevators not operating but I think that was a plus! I had to book somewhere else instead and of course lost my money here but I was going to sleep in my car!!! Don’t book here!!!!!!!

They gave our reservation to someone else. Then told us it was first come first serve when we had reserved and paid ahead of time for a room with a pullout couch because we had 4 kids with us. The room we were given the front door wqs hard to open and close. The bathroom door didnt shut right or lock. There was a fuse box low where our 6 yr old could reach it. An outlet cover waa half hanging off. Everything was dusty and it was a kitchenette with nothing in it. I had contact expedia and get then to get us a refund. And they got us into a great place down the road. I will never ever reserve or stay at an extended stay again.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First just for value purposes there is no actual breakfast just coffee and good luck getting any because it's guarded by a mentally unstable woman who thinks she's the queen of Sheba, and tried start some stuff because we looked her direction. Obvisously whatever crappy coffee they had wasn't worth the risk. They don't have blankets, yeah I know I was shocked too. There are stains everywhere, walls, beds, floors, chairs, even the art had something carved into it. Lots of drug use, you can smell and see it. Missing carpet patches in the hallway even. We didn't sleep, it was a total waste and just stressed everyone out.

Most of the staff are professional and accommodating. Extremely dirty floors, hallways , elevators, roaches crawling walls in room , . Inside drawers, cabinets are filthy. A microwave was missing in my room and no one was aware unto I mentioned. Not a clean place by any means sadly, bc it is a good location. The elevator floor is dirty all the time. In other words every where you look you find dirt, bugs. But american way or idea of cleaning is way inferior than any other culture . The dirt is right in front of you and no one cares. So I had to spend a lot of money on cleaning supplies, bug sprays to keep it habitable for the time being. Advice to management; inspect every room before and after cleaning . Have a written policy how things should be looking and communicate with housekeeping the basic standard of cleaning. No alive or l dead bugs should be seen. EVER!! I miss the OMINI

Roaches, dirty room, only give towels out on Monday and Friday. If you want any housekeeping, you have to come down to the front desk and get the broom yourself! Housekeeping only cleans the empty rooms, they don’t ask if you need anything. Breakfast is a joke, they don’t keep the 3 items stocked so once they are gone, you are out of luck. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

ALERT AVOID STAYING @ this facility!
ALERT RECOMMEND - AVOID STAYING HERE!! Recommend spending a few more Dollars to go somewhere else! DEF Not what I was Expecting, WILL ALWAYS Read Reviews from Now on. As Everyone else mentioned, hallways smelled Bad and So did the Room. The Top Lock was BROKEN, Felt Unsafe. Room was FILLED w Cockroaches (Big and Small ones). They were All over the Walls, cabinets, Counters, Fridge, even the Ceiling!! After walking into the room, Read other reviews they Won’t Refund money, so didn’t even try! SUPER Discussed and Uncomfortable All Night, my Daughter Even wanted to sleep in the car. Even w it’s being 98 degrees at 10pm. The TV didn’t work, kept going on and Off. The Toilet didn’t work, water kept Running ALL Night. ONLY thing that worked was the AC.

Showed up at 3:05pm to check in. Waited at the empty front desk until 3:45 until an employee finally showed up. When we got our room keys, the found that the room was cleaned but there were actual boogers stuck on the kitchen wall, mold growing in the bathroom, and that our door lock was broken. Would not recommend to anyone

The condition of this hotel was stunningly bad! Poorly maintained, dirty looking, and just plain tacky. I was surprised. Didn't spend much time there as I was with family. If I had not been required to pre-pay, I would have definitely gone somewhere else after seeing this place.

They will cancel an Expedia credit card reservation if you are late. No attempt to find me a room. Very unreliable. Expedia should drop them. TERRIBLE
I checked in, got my keys and started walking to my room. The place was DIRTY and old. Everything smelled. I got to my room, opened the door, and it smelled even worse in the room. So bad, my 5 year old asked me within 30 seconds of opening the door if we had to stay the night there. I told him absolutely not. We left the property within 5 minutes and told the manager as much on the way out. They refused to refund the night even though we never so much as sat down in our room. TERRIBLE AVOID

They false advertise a breakfast. There was coffee and a few granola bars and bags of oatmeal. And they would clean it all up before the designated times. Room was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. I used to vans if febreeze and it did not help No complimentary shampoo, etc no hair dryer Would not stay here again. Hallways dirty and smelly as well
