Extended Stay America - Dallas - Plano Parkway

i completely enjoy staying at homestead suites when i am in plano... very comfortable, quiet rooms, nice layout, very efficient and complete.

was pleasantly surprised with the roominess and functionality of the rooms. i was immediately comfortable. i'm in for a number of 2-3 nite stays and this value is tough to beat.

If you are hyper sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would advise that you avoid this facility.

Okay...staff was limited and information provided about the facility was minimum. A continental breakfast was provided but not told to us by the staff. Housekeeping is only performed on the room if you are staying there 7 days or more. What does one do with their trash? Check in and out were not disclosed although from experience I had an idea of those times. Staff is not friendly, but the room was clean and acceptable.

dirty, badly outdated

We had to get out of our home because of painting being done. The hotel staff was great in accomodating us -it was a home away from home.

Staff cared less about guests and more about socializing. Hair in shower/sink, empty chip bag under bed. And this is after initial room was totally unmaid. Front desk admitted, "Sorry, but we really don't know which rooms are clean or not." Yikes, do not stay here, too many nicer hotels in the area, like Hampton and Courtyard.

it was written that there is breakfast they do not have breakfast. I was looking for a hotel that serve breakfast because I had my child with me.
