I have never slept on a bed thay so soooooo hard in my life. You would think that this hotel would be great considering how the outside looks but that's a trick. They also need to do something with their tubs. The tubs are every old looking with stains all in them.

Pros: Great flowers & shrubbery out front clean & spotless linens clean & fresh.
Cons: Clean & deodorize walkways, halls & room floors. deodorize mattress, sofa, carpet. Clean tub drain keep continental breakfast items resupplied
Great front & lobby. After that everything went down hill. Promised a first floor room.. placed on the third floor Dirty hall, stairs and room. Shad would not remain shut. After a three night stay still not repaired Lobby personnel great after that could not understand what they were saying

Location: Its very old and not sure you can.
Very noisy, Smoke alarm when off in building at 1:00AM, it was supposed to be a non=smoking building. Room smelled of smoke. We were no told that we had to fetch our towels. No klenex or paper towels. All in all I would prefer to pay a little more and have a better experience.

It exceeded my expectations which were not very high in the first place. The room was very clean. The only complaint I have is that we asked for non-smoking, yet the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. For the price it was a good deal.

Location: I 635 and Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good access to highways.
Sounded like hoodlums upstairs until 2 am. Woke us up twice. Had to call the desk twice about it, and then don't know if they did anything. We won't be staying there again. The price is cheap, but when cheap is what you pay, you get cheap neighbors and cheap service.

Pros: Nothing it makes me decide never stay in this chain of hotels
Cons: Get a quality department to supervise the franchise.
For few more dollars or same you get better hotel. I chose this for first time. i always use Hyatt or Sheraton. But big mistake this first and last time. A smelly technician came to change broken aircon upon our check in it was alteady broken.
