“Very impressed!”

We went to Texas to see the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving. The hotel staff was very freindly and helpful. Due to weathe, our flight was delayed for 12 hours, and we were not going to get to the hotel until 2:00AM. I called and they actually had a staff member stay in order to check us in. The room was lovely. It was indeed a suite. It was very comfortable. The "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, crossaints, and huge fresh made waffles, as well as all the fixins and milk and juice. We enjoyed our stay so much. We would definetly stay again.

“Good Experience”

Overall good experience - Room was well equpped. Would rather not be required to wait while desk clerk answers the phone and then proceeds to have a converstation with the caller. A polite request for the caller to hold would be appropriate, when a guest is waiting to check in.

“Wellesley Inn”

Great hotel, great service. highly recomend. Close to Texas Stadium, and close to alot of major attractions.

“good area and good value hotel”

The hotel is good for the money. Breakfast offers were limited to fruits and bagels but is enough for me who prefer light breakfast. Only problem is breakfast is not available on weekends. Room is fairly clean and decent space to move around. Good kitchen and office set up. I would go back again.

“Nice Staff People”

The bathroom and beds were in good shape, but the kitchen area was not clean. Siverware was dirty and stove top wasn't very clean - looked greasy. The receiver on the telephone was covered with what appeared to be strawberry jam. When we told the front desk about it they said they would have it taken care of. But it never did get replaced.

“Outdated & "Run of the Mill"”

Rooms and carpets badly need updating. Cracked tiles in bathrooms to huge chips and stains in bathtub. Smelly corridors. The reservation form that I signed at the reception had a phrase "run of the mill". I am not sure if it described the type of horrible room I was allotted or that I was only an occasional guest to Extended stay deluxe.

“Ewe”

I've travel to Irving, TX monthly and I know this area to be nice and safe. So when the only hotel available in the Las Colinas area was this one, I thought how bad could it be. Yeah its super cheap, buts its Las Colinas. EWE was I wrong, not only was there people loitering out front, but they were out until 1am on a weeknight. The night staff was 100% rude, didn't care about me, services, pleases or thank you's. It was as if i was disturbing them. (morning staff was nice enough). If these were the only issues I would've given this place a better review, but it was the least of my concerns from the minute i walked into the room. It smelled of bug bomb, seriously, like the room was quarantined for a week while it was being fumigated. EWE. Then comes the lanolium "wood" floors and the 1970's sink, shower, kitchen and bed. Just because you slap some paint on the walls and put a "new" comforter on the bed that doesnt make it "okay". I felt so uncomfortable I thought had the hebee jeebee's the entire time. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter, stove and floor. There was a seriously dirty coffee mug in the cabinet and spoon to match in the drawer. Oh and dont count on maid service, they dont clean up while your there, not until after you leave. DONT STAY at this hotel, stay somewhere else in another town and just drive the extra distance to where ever it is your going.
