“Great Location”

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. I had no complains. Location was excellent. It was easy to find.

“Good Value”

I stayed in a smoking room with two double beds. The room was spacious, and the couch was even na sofa sleeper. The price was well worth the stay. While the hotel itself is older and not in the best condition (compared to a new or remodeled hotel), it was clean and the staff was helpful. Additionally, I stayed in a smoking room and the room did not have a musty or smokey smell as may have been expected. Great value overall.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. I was traveling with kids and he strive to please our needs. Room as big and have all adverticed amenities. It fullfill our expectations. We were just one night during a road trip. Will definitly consider for future visit.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. TV worked well and the kitchen with a table to sit at was nice. Easy access to areas around downtown Dallas.

“Not a great staff exchange”

Called at 1PM to see if I could check in early, was very happy with the young lady who answered and said no but if I gave her my number she would call me as soon as rooms were available. She never called. I showed up, a room was available, is not the sam e floor plan as the show online, but it is close. Hotel and rooms are old, but well maintained. 2 forks, 1 tablespoon, and a steak knife were all the utensils in the room. Bring some. If you stay less than 7 nights there is no room cleaning and you must take your own towels up (did not see that anywhere until they told me at check in). For a small fee $4/10 you can get refresh service (change towles empty garbage) or full service (everything you usually get in a hotel except they dont wash dishes. The problem I had was I asked for refresh (that was all I was told about at check in) they charged me for 4 days of refresh even though I was staying from Saturday afternoon until Wednesday morning. When I got to the room I read that full service was available and went back to the desk. She said she charged me too much, (they dont clean rooms on weekends at all) and no need to pay for Wednesday morning since I was checking out then...my refund would be $6 and change. I told her I want FS for the 2 days so she just charged me an extra 8+ $ to make 20+ tax for 2 days of FS. They did not clean the room the first day, when I told the night manager she told me to tell day manager. I did, the next day it was not cleaned u

“Comfortable Stay”

My family and I had a nice stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and was near where we needed to go to that weekend. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We would come back:)

“A mixed bag”

Check-in was friendly and easy. Personnel at front desk helpful. Bad news: "Fully equipped kitchen" not so fully equipped. No corkscrew. (Helpful front desk person lent us their one and only corkscrew.) No wine glasses. Two mismatched coffee mugs, two plastic tumblers, no carving knives, no proper chairs or stools for dining counter. WiFi not free. Pool not yet opened. Good news: Helpful front desk personnel.
