“Help above and beyond”

My husband had to come later, so I arrived with all my baggage and our 5-month-old son. The people in the hotel were very helpful in getting the baby and the luggage inside without leaving the baby untended -- and the guy who helped me take the cart upstairs wouldn't even accept a tip! They made what could have been a very difficult situation, into a fairly smooth process. Thank you very much to the staff!

“Dallas Great Escape”

This was an outstanding hotel. The hotel was very clean; the pool and exercise equipment were in good working order. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. The location was awesome, too, as it was literally just minutes to all the places where we planned to go for our family vacation in Dallas. An added bonus is that the facility is smoke-free! Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again and gladly recommend it to my friends!

“Outstanding value & location”

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The small indoor pool and hot tub is nice but can get a little noisey if crowded. The continental breakfast is "just OK". The muffins and cinnamon rolls have a pre-packaged taste, the coffee is a bit weak, and there is no waffle maker. The hotel is close to the Galleria, a movie theatre (The Cinemark on Webb Chappel & 635), and all the restaurants on Beltline. With it's central location, it makes it easy to navigate the Dallas streets.

“Very Nice hotel”

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable room. Near everything in Addison and was good commute to the Cotton Bowl on OU vs Texas weekend. Would definitely stay here again

“Excellent for the price”

Conveniently located, excellent price, nice, clean. I did not have a coffee pot in my room, and my soap broke in half when I took it out of the wrapper. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to use the hotel again when I am in that area.
