nice to downtown in car

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Well located
Cons: Appereance
Location: Close to all the downtown amenities.
You pay $60.00 for a $60.00 hotel. If you're looking for room service, breakfast, porter this is not for you. Decent room and facilities for the money.

Aweful this is not even a 1 star hotel

Posted Apr 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
It all started that no staff at the front desk to check in. I walked down to one of the rooms being cleaned. She ended up being one of the owners. I told her I had a reservation to check in early at 1pm. She said I could have the room she was cleaning and would ready in 10 mins. I told her we would be right back we would go grab some fast food. When we got back she had given the room to another guest. I had to pay them an extra $20 for an extra guest; but we did not get a third towel. This place is a DUMP!

OK hotel

Posted Apr 15, 2014
OK hotel in an OK location for an OK price. It was really annoying that in 4 days they never cleaned or room. Also towels and sheets need replacing, they are just a little to thin and worn.

Clueless, larcenous maid

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: It was comfortable and close to the tournament location (about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area.
Cons: Maid service
Location: We spent most of our time at the Bridge tournament at the downtown Sheraton. The motel did not have any tourist information available.
Because we did not leave the room until after 10 AM, on three of the four days, the maid did not clean our room. I don't know if she thought we did not want her to clean the room, or if she just didn't want to back track and clean it after we left. In addition, my husband had brought along several sitcom CD's, which went missing. We think the maid stole them. Other than that, the facillities were decent, comfortable bed, little refrigerator, television with cable.

Pros: affordable cost
Cons: room comfort
Location: Not far from downtown Dallas and bus service runs every 20 minutes
My stay was satisfactory and fitted into my budget. The staff were particularly very helpful in ensuring I had a comfortable stay. I had no challenges with transportation, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and there is a Mexican restaurant beside the hotel. So transportation and feeding were no issues for me

Good value

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Could have used do not disturb door hangers.
Location: Only 3 miles from downtown Dallas and 30 minutes to Fort Worth.
We were there for three nights, basic, butt clean and a great location....would definitely return, good price value wise.

Reasonable price with easy access to Dealey Plaza

Posted Mar 2, 2014
Pros: Price. Room had frig and microwave. Decent tv. Clean. Easy access free parking. Free wifi.
Cons: Trim shrubs to improve view when exiting parking lot. Extra blanket. Room door seal could be more secure.
Location: Few restuarants. Just a few miles north of Dealey Plaza. Straight shot south.
Area where hotel is located does not seem very safe. Few restaurants nearby. Dangerous curve in road when exiting parking lot. Be careful. For the price, I would stay again to explore downtown Dallas. Must have a car. Not a good area for walking.

Ok to sleep at.

Bedding was bare bones minimum. Access to 2nd floor was not convenient. Stairs risers not up to code.
