A Place to lay your head and save $$Posted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: Really close to downtown, no problems with parking. NON-Smoking rooms available. Staff was really nice and responsive.
Cons: Enough roll aways to accommodate all requests.
Location: No fresh foods locally. Close to downtown. Plenty of trendy places close by.
Overall, it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. It was fine for 2 nights and to save some $$ while visiting for TX/ou weekend. Didn't have the rollaway I requested online, but we made it work.

Pros: Not much.
Location: It's Dallas.
Crappy part of town, crappy motel, should've stayed with the big chains.

near downtown!Posted Sep 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Used just to sleep at night. But was very comfortable, ac worked well! Would be freezing while its over 100 degrees out. Spaciouse rooms, comes with, dresser, and a loveseat aside from bed and fridge. And free wifi! I liked it a lot.

When I got to this hotel after a long 21 hour bus ride @ 8AM, the owner tells me that check in is always. @ 1PM @ all hotels in the world. What??? But I am glad he let me check in or else I would have took my money and went else where or sued his but big time!!! I always thought you could check into a hotel when ever you are ready. After I checked in, everything else was fine though.

Great for popping around DallasPosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
There were many so-so reviews of this hotel, but I must admit that I am of the notion that we have become soft and a bit spoiled these days. With that, if you want to be pampered then stay at a fancy hotel. This hotel was very easy to find, price was awesome, super close to all major attractions, and the family that ran it was super cute. They were kind and you could tell that they were trying their best to keep the place up. We were able to get to any Dallas neighborhood in 10 minutes which made this location great for exploring. Sure the area looks a bit run down, but it was not unsafe, noisy, or scary by any stretch of the imagination. Great place to rest for the night.

Room was lovely and clean. Helpful enough staff. Cheap. Bus stop located right out the front which takes you straight into downtown.

My kinda placePosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. And best of all the location is near the bishop arts district. It's not a 5 star resort but it's a good place to rest.
