All as expected. Fine dining, rooms, workout facilities -- not to mention the built in attraction for the kids (namely all the planes).

“Nice hotel in Dallas”

Excellent hotel with pleasant staff. Room was clean and conveniently located to major attractions. Food was expensive in restaurant and snacks and drinks in hotel room refrigerator were extremely expensive. Besides toilet not being able to flush three times in one day, it was a very nice hotel and we would stay again.

We enjoyed our entire experience at the Grand Hyatt DFW. The staff was both professional and helpful, the food was great and the convenience to the airport was second to none. I urge anyone considering a trip to Dallas to stay and enjoy the Grand Hyatt at the DFW Airport!

This is an unbelievable hotel, especially for a layover. I got a great rate, too. It is a little too far from downtown Dallas if that is your objective. However, if you need a layover in the airport. . . I can't imagine a better place. The room was beautiful and the lounge, restaurant, and spa were all top notch.

“Pampering at it's best”

We stayed one night in order to catch a flight. I could have spent my entire vacation in that room. It was classic, comfortable, luxurious and so convenient.

“Maximum Convenience”

Everything about the Grand Hyatt DFW was convenient. I called one day ahead to ask for a early check in time and the front desk lady was extremely helpful with my request. There was no extra fee either - I arrived at 11 am and my room was ready. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very inviting. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The next morning my flight left from the same terminal and the American Airline Check in was right next to the hotel excalator. The Grand Hyatt DFW most definiately took the stress out of my busy travel day.
