The staff was really wonderful and very helpful. Made a call to a restaurant to make sure they provided wifi as we needed a place to do some work. Every one was very customer friendly.

My wife and I visit Dallas for a week each year after Thanksgiving for a family visit. We have stayed at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites for five or six consecutive years. We have been extremely pleased and will plan to stay there any time that we visit the area in the future. The facilities are outstanding from the suites to the services of the office personnel and maintenance personnel to the great breakfasts and afternoon socials. The location for us, family proximity, shopping, restaurants, etc., couldn't be better for us.

We travel to Dallas during my daughters competition season, we will be back again to stay at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites next time she competes. The front desk staff even remembered why we were staying at the Hyatt and asked my daughter about her State Competition the next morning when they saw her. She smiled so wide when they congratulated her on her success, what a nice added touch to our stay.

“Great amenities for the price”

Has a huge breakfast bar, free internet, flat screen TVs and a kitchen. The hotel also had decorator touches that made it feel like a boutique hotel. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel grounds were attractive and our check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and well cared for. We instantly felt comfortable in the space. The breakfast was excellent.

I regularly travel to Dallas, Texas since all of my immediate family lives in the surrounding area. Hyatt Summerfield Suites is centrally located and has all of the amenities I need when visiting family. Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly. I can also keep up with business obligations at the hotel during my visits to Texas.

This hotel is absolutely the best place to stay...for a night or longer. Like a small apartment, the room provides everything you could need for a reasonable rate. I think it would be cheaper to stay here than pay a house payment...now that's an idea!
